Worst experience ever! The employee there had an attitude, people were telling me they did walk-ins, so I thought I was fine just going in without an appointment for a passport, but turns out I needed an appointment. The lady was being so rude talking things with the other co-worker the whole time, saying rude things while I was clearly there listening, with my family being present and didn’t care at all. I don’t recommend this place at all. On the other hand I recognize that it was my fault I didn’t make an appointment, but because I didn’t but I think that she could’ve handled the situation another way no having a whole attitude at me and talking smack in front of us. If she didn’t really want to help us she could just said so, but the whole time she was just being rude!

It’s difficult to overstate how unprofessional and discourteous the woman behind the counter is - almost to the point of being impressive. The only reason to visit this location would be to witness firsthand what a complete absence of respect and empathy looks like.

Since I started using this post office 3 months ago I have had good experiences. BUT sadly I join the complainers today. Their website, in store signage and Google maps state hours until 5:30 but that IS NOT TRUE! I got there at 5:18 to collect my package and neither of the 2 women who were there would budge to get them for me. They said this: “ we close st 5 and the package room is locked.” If she’s there til closing then she must have the keys, right? Well, then unlock it and give me my package. It’s not 5:30 yet, duh! Nor is it easy for me to get there after work. I hope one day when they expect to have good customer service they receive the same kind they provide to others.

Staff were clueless but pretended to know it all… I didn’t mind the attitude as much as they kept stopping me trying to clarify.. ended up they needed my clarifications to proceed ugh

Honestly, the service could have been better. I understand that the workers are in a crunch, but it would do well if they had a nicer attitude.
