The worst customer service ever. They won’t process a return request that was asked a month ago. They also never answer the call.

This post office is unable to function. The building does not have ac and is so very hot that the computers do not work.

Automated service is horrible! Does not recognize voice requests and was not helpful AT ALL. It took over 20 minutes to get a human and they gave me another number to call which was also useless. Horrible system. After 45 minutes no resolution or human with an answer!
