I usually don’t like doing this but I’m gonna be Honest. I had my full set of Acrylic French nails done 💅 on Friday and by next Wednesday Four of my nails fell off. I had to go back on Friday to get them redone, luckily they didn’t charge me but on Saturday the day of my vacation Another two came out 🤦🏽♀️ I had to go to my vacation like that because I didn’t have time to go back. As of today I’m left with 7 of 10 Nails.What waste of Money! What a waste of time!!!

I tried to treat myself on my first mother's day to a gel powder Mani with tips and left with this disaster! I am not sure if my technician (Nina) flat out didn't care or just didn't know what she was doing. I repeatedly asked her to soften the edges and told her they were crooked numerous times. It wouldn't have been so bad if she saw the mistakes and tried to fix them, instead she scoffed and rushed through it as if I were annoying her or straight up acted like she didn't see an issue. After the third time asking her to fix things I gave up and paid to leave. Then she had the audacity to ask if I would be tipping her in cash or credit!!! After leaving I sat in my car in shock at what a sloppy job she had done. I went back in immediately asking for any other technician to fix things as Nina clearly wasn't going to be any help. I was given a much nicer tech who was also shocked at the terrible job. I was told The only way to fix my nails would be to take everything off and start all over. I had already been there almost two hours and did not have time to start all over. Instead of truly fixing things she was only able to somewhat straighten the lengths and then paint over everything with gel polish, not powder. So now I am still left with crooked, bulbous nails that feel entirely too thick and heavy. I wasted THREE hours at this place, on my first mother's day only to leave angry and disappointed. Nina should not be doing these type of manicures if she's not able to do the job properly! I will be going back tomorrow for a refund and to have this junk taken off.

Went for a bikini Wax, great treatment! Thank you! Service was excellent but I could hear the tools from the room I was in.

If I could give zero stars I would. I always kept trying to come to this location because it was so close but honestly today was and will be the LAST. I came in for waxing and it was a disaster. I waited and instead of taking me next since waxing only takes minutes they thought they were going to make me wait until everyone there got their nails done. They make you feel unwelcomed and disrespected. They dont know how to greet their customers and are so disorganized. Have no problem taking your money but will take a customer out of the persons chair and have someone else finish which to me is very unprofessional. If this person started I expect them to finish. I spend way to much money to be disrespected. Dont waste your money or your time. Go somewhere you are appreciated NOT tolerated. No more money for disrespect. I fully understand being busy but dont come to work or be in a business that requires you to have customer service.There are way many places then this dirty location. We need to show these type of business they need us we DONT need them. Treat your customers right or get boycotted.

Dee was a really nice person. She did my nails and it's sooo beautiful . Lovee it ! It's always worth it of spending $60 over there!

Love the Technician but extremely uncomfortable with the front desk lady. Front desk lady was extremely rude and spoke to nail technicians in a way that was unacceptable. I witness her fuss and badger technicians as if they were children. It made very comfortable. I was shocked a fellow customers sitting next to me literally gasped at what we were witnessing. Really upsetting and spoil my experience.

Had an appointment with Karla this morning at 10 AM. I waited 15 minutes and she was a no-show. I went to the desk and cancelled the appointment. I was not offered another technician or a reschedule. I understand that it is a busy season but that is not professional and not good customer service. I will not be returning.

Worse customer service ever , employees are terrible got very moody because i didnt want a pedicure on my full set and i spoke over the with front desk they gave me one price but was charged different price without adding anything to my service , kelly shouldnt be working in a friendly environment if shes not friendly at all

Went here for the first time today and it was a lovely experience. Kim was the mail tech who worked on me, and she's amazing! So kind and so good at what she does. I love the shape so much, it's exactly what I wanted!

My pedi lasted 6 weeks! Great service too!my friend and I could sit together and her daughter had a pedi chair to sit and watch her shows

Made an appointment this morning for a soak off and full set...this was so unprofessional. They asked me to have a seat while employees sat and keke'd. After 10 minutes I was annoyed and left!

I need to update my last review of Vivian's. At the time of my previous review, it had been a couple of years between my obtaining manicures and pedicures. Clearly, I was out-of-touch with the pricing. I recently had another manicure and pedicure and the price was similar with the price I paid here for the same service. Therefore, I feel obligated to change my previous rating ... I'd really give it a 3.5, a little above average ... but a 4 will do.
