The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly helpful. They are busy and so you may have to bear with them, but once you talk to them about your prescription etc. they are incredibly helpful and supportive. Best pharmacy customer service I've had in a while! Highly recommend!

As a continued Walgreens customer, I am shocked by the behavior of David, Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, working at Walgreens, 55 Park Street, New Haven, CT 06511.He was dramatic, lacking any strong managerial qualities, and treated his employees with frank disrespect in front of customers. It was objective unprofessionalism.He loudly reprimanded one of his young employees in front of Walgreens customers for a mistake the employee allegedly made.He exacerbated the situation with a dramatic outburst, where he stormed out with his San Francisco 49er’s Tervis mug and yelled “I’ll come back when I finish my coffee, because what even is the point.”A different employee talked him down, promising that the mistake was fixable.A manager who embarrasses his employees with tantrum-like outbursts in the presence of customers is hardly worthy of a management position at all.My spouse, who was there with me, question whether we can continue our patronage with a company that employs such scattered and disrespectful grown men to hold leadership positions.

May God grant this pharmacy manager many years of health and life because thanks to this pharmacy I was able to obtain the antibiotics for my treatment, which costs almost $16,000 but they accepted my state medical plan while in other places, a treatment high cost, they do not allow it. Thanks to them I was able to cure my liver and get more years of life ?

I firmly believe this is one of the best pharmacies you could use. I've lived all over the country, and this place, surprisingly to me, turned out to be the best I've found. First, they answer the phone quickly, and you usually talk to the actual pharmacists. Further, they will even call your provider and help fill in the gaps with any issues between your insurance and the doctor's script. For example, my insurance would not cover one type, so the pharmacist called the doctor and got a generic version without me coming in and finding out. It’s the little things that count. Second, I’ve rarely seen a long line. Maybe it’s my timing, but usually, they are quick, and lines don’t build up. Third, the techs and staff also are prompt and helpful. Last, I have called no less than six times needing help getting a script sent overseas or to another state, and the pharmacist has done everything they can to make it happen. If you have a terrible experience here, it’s a one-off event. I think 99% of the time you will be happy with this place. If not, give it another go before writing it off. I couldn’t be happier.

the worst specialty pharmacy i have dealt with. They kept saying a PA was required then that my medication isnt in stock, then that they can deliver it next day and then i never got my prescriptions. (I work at a clinic and i knew a PA wasnt required) i worked in pharmacy and i know it takes a day to get meds in stock i waited over a week… transferred to cvs and got it same day.Not sure if Jacob (RPH) is still here because if he was this wouldnt have happened.
