Went to cash a check and no teller. Teller is at lunch.. Only transactions at ATM. I don't have a wells Fargo account so this is of no help. So got to wait for them to eat so I can get my check cashed.

It’s honestly disrespectful and disgusting how understaffed these banks are and the fact that they have managers who are not doing a single thing while you have one teller and a line of tons of people. Don’t waste your time. Bank elsewhere if you can manage it

Great bank and beautiful building—when they are open. They constantly close without warning, which is a problem when it’s the only Wells Fargo in New Haven. Management is ruining this bank I’m afraid.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews.... I came in the other day and Elea was extremely helpful. I had my wallet stolen and needed a replacement card and she ordered me another and informed me that I could bring in my mew updated ID into the bank location so no one could use my old card and ID to access my account which I didn't even know was possible. So.... I guess this review is more about her excellent customer service than the branch itself. She was excellent!!

This is the headquarters of Wells Fargo Bank in Connecticut. The building is massive. I was blown away when I visited. The service is the fast and the workers super friendly. There's wheelchair accessible entrance but I couldn't find any parking lot.m; I guess it's a paid parking. It's also pretty close the road and can be easily niticed from a vehicle in normal traffic- you can't miss it:

i am ready to leave this bank. i had a home equity line of credit. after i paid it off, they reported to experian that i owed them $25566? how can that be possible? i filed a complaint and the person i spoke to wanted me to send the information the bank sent? really? i think not.

Banking with Wells Fargo is a learning exsperiance. You realy have to keep track of every dime in your account or they will try to find a way to take it in made up fees and overdrafting your accounts for paid transactions and purchaces. I go through that every month with Wells Fargo and Iam currently going through it now and Iam Frankly sick of it. They should only be used for direct deposits and take all your money out, online , store and other purchaces of any kind should not be made or they make up ways to get your money.
