Yale Health Center provides acute, specialty, and primary care for the Yale community. The coverage is described as wonderful and amazing, often free of charge. Many find the care to be extraordinary, with services all under one roof, and note the staff as super friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. However, some experiences include very long waits to see doctors and a feeling that doctors are very disconnected with their patients. Administrative processes, like pharmacy copays, can sometimes be frustrating and inefficient despite the generally friendly service.
Horrifying place to end up. Did not kill enough people with covid, are killing people presently with unnecessary procedures leading to all sorts of infections including blood infections
