I went in to get a new Sim for myself and husband. Kris helped us out. He was very professional! The rest of the crew not so much. They were very loud and obnoxious. Kris was on the phone trying to help me get a phone that i ordered online right then instead of waiting and the guy with the purple hair was being so loud i looked over and shushed him. He was extremely unprofessional!!! My 11 year old was with me, and when we left he said, "Why was that guy so loud and rude? Are they allowed to
Act that way?.... Definitely not setting a good example.
Kris is great! He was very professional and did a great job! Even under the very loud circumstances. He helped us and even took time to make a follow up call! Great service from Kris.
I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. This was the first time I went to that store, and it was insanely loud due to workers!

I unfortunately has to get a new phone after my antique iPhone 8 stopped working. The place was busy at 6 pm on a Monday, but everyone was nice about it. Jesse J. was my service representative - he was really knowledgeable about the product and very patient with this very un-tech savvy customer. In and out with my new iPhone 14 in no time at all! Jesse was helpful and made the transaction go smoothly. Ask for him if you go there

This place is a literal joke they have one person working named Jesse wasting time while 10 people are waiting for him complaining about his “long hours” of 9:30-7pm with “no break” guilt tripping his costumers into getting him coffee and food everyday, if you’re working 9-7 everyday getting paid every two weeks MAKE your OWN lunch and GET YOURSELF a coffee every morning instead of complaining to elders and using them for food and coffee it’s sad and ridiculous to see.. honestly should get fired he’s not appreciative of his job meanwhile some people are unable to work this guy spends hours complaining about his job and cusses when things go wrong completely unprofessional and a literal joke to society.
Respectfully you’re a grown man with a JOB, buy some groceries, pack yourself a lunch, get up earlier instead of sitting on video games all night and get yourself a coffee before work. “No break” you sit inside all day with AC and have downtime at the store, you get breaks. If you don’t like the hours your working or the pay you’re receiving, find another job and stop complaining to your customers all day! it’s so sad and gross to watch

Kris B was very helpful. He did a great job helping multiple people at once all around closing time. There really should have been more people working.

Pleasant surprise to find AT&T open on Memorial Day weekend when one of our phones went on the fritz. The fellows working were cheerful and helpful and we left the store with a new phone and restored data… Very happy campers indeed!

Had the pleasure of walking into the NL AT&T store, New London this afternoon, to cancel an account due to death. Not an easy thing to do. Akeem the Manager and Jesse his assistant were most helpful in the process of having this taken care of. Very knowledgeable, caring, taking care of customers as they came in. Good location, these young men will take good care of you!! Thanks again guys, youre the best!

Scam alert. The representatives there are dishonest and deceitful. They talk you into upgrades with promises of promotional plans that you later find out you didn't qualify for or never existed because the representative lied about the trade in value of your phone. Then AT&T refuses to honor the plan you were promised. Garbage business practices with no honor.
