In January 24 I visited the New London store and was handled by a girl named Natalie R . She decided to include a $25 home protection plan that we did not agree to. This is called cramming and it is a good way to lose customers and lose trust. Fortunately, there was a very kind rep on the phone and AT&T corporate employee. She Renewed my faith in the company for now.

Extremely Horrible experience!! Gwen was nice and helpful but the “manager” Natalie or whatever her name is should be fired shes was extremely rude and when i asked her name so i could complain she fake called the cops on me. I have been with this company 8 days tops and had to come in 5 times and end up going to another att that fixed most of my issues in 15mins! I was straight up lied to and told my trade in would be 850$ every where else its 350$ beside the extreme rudeness and general discomfort i had to deal with i dont have time to go to the phone store 6 times a week to fix a issue your manager created i need this fixed asap!!!! Or take this phone and give me all my money back

I would give 0 stars if I could. Came in and spoke to a male employee, asked questions about switching phones, only to find out (from the girl claiming to be the manager) after purchasing a phone, that the information we were given was inaccurate. Manager girl was incredibly rude from the moment we approached her, muttering under her breath and even lied to us about money being owed etc. Charged us for another phone that was supposed to be free.We felt so uneasy after the whole transaction that we ended up going to another location where they looked at what had occurred in the computer and basically told us that we'd been taken advantage of for the sales commission. They corrected the issue for us and explained how things should've been done. The manager of this store is very dishonest and rude. Never bothered to introduce herself so we never got a name. Stay far away.

Today was a complete surprise!! Joel Stafford the district manager called us , seeing that we were back in the store for the Apple Watch 9 . He had recommended I should upgrade too. I refuse to, but I ended up buying anyway. He was completely right, I am so in love with it. It’s comfortable, light , just like he said. Now I wished I had gotten it back in November.I am blown away by the amount of care this store has given us. To go out of their way to make a special call , to check up on our purchase. Nobody does this??!!No this store does!!! Up most respect for everyone there. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do business with!!!

I am very disappointed in this store as my husband and I came twice during this day and they could not help us with our problem nor showed any interest in doing so. Very bad service, the staff on this day was terrible

William H is the best! Helped me with getting a new IPHONE 14. He even installed the screen protector with a phone case that I purchased with the phone. He also assisted with transferring data from my old IPHONE 11 to my new IPHONE 14.

Chris Quick has shown me the ways of not using third party options. Instead of hating AT&T (which I have for 10+ years) I love AT&T now because I now know how to and where to get the most of the service!
