“Excellent customer service. I had called because I needed a seamstress to fix my wedding dress that was done poorly by another bridal place. I called late at night thinking I was leaving a voicemail. Someone picked up and hung up. I then got a text apologizing and if there was anything they could help with. I explained the situation and the woman said bring it down. What a cute, might be small store but very nice selections. I started looking around before she helped me with my dress fixes. I bought a second dress. Almost made me wish I made an appointment and came here. Also was told about some jewerly I had wanted and I was shown a necklace and I bought that too.
I met with the seamstress. She wasnt comfortable to make the changes I wanted with the month time frame I had before the wedding. I was disappointed but she would do what work she could which was remove the supposed to be sleeves, fix the bustle. For that I was very appreciative. Came to pick up the dress. I saw the bill for a removal of straps and to replace the bustle attachment,85 bucks. She then tells me she forgot to tell me but it has to be in cash. There is an atm down the street. I asked if I could write a check but no I had to leave, go get cash and come back. I was just not happy but it is what it is. Hopefully my wedding nightmares are over.”

“My husband and I visited the Lucky Brand Jeans Store in the Providence Place Mall today in Rhode Island- store #2546. My husband is tall and thin, so his size was difficult to find. Shrona S. helped us for over 30 minutes - going back and forth to the stock in the back - bringing out more jeans for him to try. She was so sweet and helpful! We ended up buying 5 pairs of jeans because she wouldn't give up until she found something that fit him!”

“I go to Foxwoods pretty regularly and I stop in here almost every time. Most of my everyday clothes come from here at this point. I’ve gotten shirts, jeans, underwear, socks — pretty much everything.
The prices are good and there’s always a sale going on. The people that work there are always nice too.
If you’re going to the casino I’d definitely check it out.”
“I love this particular store at Mohegan Sun!They have a large selection of beautiful items. I recently was shopping and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager “Jeff”..who so pleasant and was especially helpful with finding sizes and styles to my liking! He couldn’t me more obliging and made sure I knew about all the sales etc..you can tell by the customer service of his employee “Victor” that Jeff instills this on his team members and demonstrates a fine example of how to treat customers..which was evidenced by Victor’s willingness to order and ship as well as return any items that i was not satisfied with efficiently and expeditiously…I highly recommend this location!”

“Love shopping here . It is a little expensive but you can use coupons there are plenty of discounts on Tanger Outlet store and you can get coupons from other stores too. The employees are always super helpful but what I really appreciate is they GREET EVERY CUSTOMER WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR! and they ask if they need assistance. I have worked retail before and this simple gesture goes a long way as customers feel noticed - that is what my manager told me when I did. (It is true I have walked into other stores and even when I said hello to the employees I was not noticed.. have not returned to that store since) The last time I was here shopping the employee was super helpful in finding what I needed. I did not have my glasses and could not see the size on the tags. If I were to suggest anything that would be to enlarge the sizes on the tags, Thank you for your help today and every time! I will definately return its worth the price for quality clothing and customer service”
