Recently got an emissions test done lickety-split there, just brought in my daughter's new Mini which had a tire pressure alarm going on. Chris filled the tires, test drove it and didn't even charge me. I'm never going anywhere else for tires/brakes.

My daughter and I were on vacation and far from home when at our hotel one morning her car wouldn't start. AAA had to hit the starter with a wrench to get it started. He felt we needed a new starter. The Firestone Auto Care in New London, specifically Rich Spina and Jon Young went above and beyond to find a part for her car and fit us in to their very busy Saturday schedule to help us get back out on the road. We so appreciate all of their help.

I have a free brake inspection from today that I’m happy for myself for getting! I will be serviced and charged 35 for my oil also. Thank you for the conventional auto oil. I would also love to know which name brand this is. I was going to try Preston’s and have done at least one synthetic blend before also. I am keeping it simple this year. I will look at tires. My brake inspection is free of charge and I’m glad to know the back end is fine and I will want to find and secure my own brake pads and rotors. Can oil pads work as in padded brake tissue with a small amount of auto oil added with everything? I will do my best to fix this Honda up and keep it clean as well.

On may 6, 2004, i was reminded still that there truly are good people in this world, Richard Spina, manager at New London CT., bent over backwards to help me out with a situation that arouse when I went to pick up my car. He contac the credit card company several times over 2 days, did all they asked and I was able to leave with my car. He was so pleasant and treated me like family. That's the kind of person to do business with when you need repair on your car come to Firestone, Richard Spina is honest, and will take care of you and your car. Amazing service. I always come to Firestone for their deals and care, but this one is outstanding. I was helped with kindness and compassion every time! They know their job, and they know it well. As a woman, I know the stereotype of car places over charge you, but rest assure this place will take care of your car!
