I’ve never had a poor experience before at this nail salon however today I left disappointed. I went in for a soak off and manicure, soak off went great nail tech was able to remove all of the debrief from my last set. When getting the manicure the nail tech never cut my cuticles, took away dead skin nothing. My nail tech only painted my nails & filed which came out poorly & left the debrief from filing my nails over my hand and added oil to my cuticles. Granted it was busy & seemed to be moving in a fast pace, however I would like to get the service that I book for.

PHENOMENAL WORK!! My mani (fill acrylic) and pedi came to $90. I tipped $50. ONLY COMING HERE FOR NOW ON!! Liz and Lucky did my nails up RIGHT!! ❤️❤️❤️ Love yall so much, thank you again for the fantastic services and beautiful nails!!
To the team: I loved the experience, but I have some ideas that I’m sure yall have already thought of to make it more luxurious! ❤️😍 Hot stones, Paraffin wax, Double hot towels on the legs, lotion hand massages for Mani. Would loooveeee to see more options on the menus for mani and pedi. Can’t wait to come back, see yall in 2 weeks LOL! ❤️❤️❤️

I am originally from Miami Florida. In Connecticut for about 30 to 45 days for work. I decided to go and get my nails done. Visited this particular nail shop just for a manicure. The service was less than good. They do not remove your cuticles. They only push your cuticles back. There is an extra cost to remove your cuticles. In Miami the nail techs push your cuticles back and remove your cuticles so your nails won't look raggedy. My nails were bumpy and the polish was bubbling. After voicing my concerns with my nails, they were expecting me to spend another hour and a half in their shop so that they can fix the errors. Unfortunately, the additional time they are asking me to give them I will not get back, nor will I be compensated for it. They did not provide me with a discount or an apology for their bad work. I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone. If you do not get your nails done often and don't know what to look for when getting your nails done, then go to them. However, for those that always get their nails done and know what to look for, don't go there because you will be very disappointed.

I got a regular manicure that is still looking great and without a single chip 2 weeks later!?! While my manicure was drying I got a complimentary shoulder/neck massage. This place rocks!

They took in with no appointment and did and amazing job. Sabrina is great and I have been there before and I will be back. They really accommodate you and make you feel special.

Susan does a beautiful mani and pedi. Verypersonable and talented. No worries about pedicures because liners are used and disposed of after each customer along with using sterilized implements..

Got my nails done yesterday, the guy who did them shapes really bad the acrylic is all on my cuticles and the nails itself are clumpy and not what i wanted. The lady who had to do the french tip design… i corrected her 2 times . I was over it at that point, i also got a pedicure and she did it sloppy too. Definitely will NOT be returning here. I suggest going to new nail city spa in East Lyme !Services: Acrylic nails
