One of the technicians came out an apologized for the wait time. That was nice of her. With the electronic check in now, the facility appears sterile and without the warmth of a human receptionist. Her human interaction was most welcome.

The people I worked with were kind and efficient, but after waiting a month for results for on of my tests I called to find out they had deleted the test, claimed I had delivered the sample improperly (I did it in the office) and my results are lost. I got a refund for the test but still seems silly.

This Quest is open on Saturday from 7-11, wonderful! Get to the office and a sign inside says VA only Monday through Friday and to that off, VA is only 7-11 then. Why is the veteran limited to the services Quest offers? But… went back yesterday (Monday) to have the blood draw, questioned the policy, was given the reason (VA picks up once a day) and also showed in my cover letter that the hours are posted! Mea culpa! And Latoya is a great phlebotomist.

The test location was fine.The signing up for an appointment terrible! Provided all information asked for. Got to end , could not find any instructions or way to send it!!

Never available to call and ask questions. Even after being given very specific instructions, followed to a tee, they still cannot help. More than once. I would go to any other lab anywhere... Anywhere .... Before going back to this place.

The lady that drew my blood was rude and diserespectful, she made snarky remarks and it was an u pleasant visit with that lady, I didn't catch her name though.

Wanted to talk to a person to ask a basic question, spent ten minutes bouncing around on the automated menus and then they say: "sorry you cannot speak to a live person, visit our website, bye."
