This one of the first reviews I have ever left an establishment before but I am so tired of going into this store and having rude interactions with the employees. I understand if you’re having a bad day one day but to have gone in here multiple times this past year and interacting with the rudest employees is just unnecessary and quite frankly unacceptable in a retail store. I hate to say it. Today when I went to return Amazon packages in the store I waited for a bit for the lady in the back to stop chatting with her coworker to come help the line that was forming behind me. When I went up to the counter to show her my return she pointed to a sign and stated “read”. I’m sorry ready what? What’s going on? “Go to tech” I’m sorry what is tech and where is it? “Read the sign” Ok I’ve read it but where is tech I’m not familiar with it. *Points* to front and says “there”. I’m sorry where is there? Up front, in back, left or right…Honestly one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with in retail and I just had to write a review because then tech up front was also very rude. I don’t get it? Why even hold a job if you can’t perform it correctly or at least be decent/nice to another human being. It’s literally the least you can do. I don’t know, like I said before I never write reviews for anything, ever but I just want people to be warned of this place because of the toxic and unprofessional atmosphere. I hate to say it but hopefully they go out of business or they hire actual decent human beings to work there. If you go, good luck to you.

I just want to shout out Staple’s best employee Megan. She made my ups drop off seamless! Every question I had she answered and was patient and explained things throughly. I needed help with making the box smaller for my item that needed to be shipped and she helped with that as well. Every concern or question she always knew exactly what to do or say. I am really happy she was there! She definitely needs a raise! And if she isn’t a supervisor already she has all the best traits to become one! I left Staples very happy! Thank you again Megan for such a great experience!

Every one is great there accept the store manager KIM she is racist when I am person of color and order something on printing she is on duty always give hard time no one else. we have multiple business and I go a lot over there no issues with other staff when she is on duty specially on printing she do not want to work and she is standing doing nothing and when I told her I need to talk to store manager she said I am the manager and we do not need your business she must me fire immediate she behave different with me because of my color and another white person come after me and she is totally different

Racism 100 % store manager is racist her name is Kim i print lot of stuff from this store we owned multiple business and no another employees create issues that store manager imagine if leadership is like this . I went for printing job and she is rude and this happen not first time multiple times and I told her can I talk to manager she said I am the manager. Forget something is going to happen and she said I do not care of your business and she came to my face and they must check there camera, Worst experience with that store manager KIM

Why have a copy center if no one is available to make copies? Just shows why places like these are going out of business.If you need a product, they dont carry it in house, but can order one for you...which I could do online myself.Just really poor store and service that will go extinct soon enough*Edit after response* I looked up a copy center and found Copy Cats less than 5 minutes away. They did the job for 45% less than what Staples self service copy machine charged. So tell me why anyone should go to Staples?Actually, that is a good way to think about it in general. Before going to Staples ask yourself "Why would I go to Staples?"

I have been a loyal staples customer for 35 yrsThe print shop was always great and staff helpfulOver the past few years there is only one self serve machine working and since they are under staffed no one can help youStaff also frustrated all they can say is Sorry we are doing out Best “I’ve been there 3 times and still don’t have my copies made

The manager John was extremely helpful in my purchase today, and helped direct me to some coupons I otherwise didn't know about. Top notch service from him today, along with his employees!

Ultimately, I ended up using my prints from here, but I did have an issue. The people there were helpful and I liked the way the print looked once they were printed even though it was slightly off the color I was expecting but the issue was that they must have shifted in the cutting machine because most were crooked. Some were very noticeable but luckily most were only noticeable when comparing to others or looking very closely. It is most noticeable looking at the RSVP line at the bottom compared to the bottom edge.

Came in for a difficult task for my job, I needed a word document to be picked apart and had several different items that had to be individually printed. The associate (khay) that helped me was very professional and fast with helping me print out 360 individual items on a quality paper and cut them for me! I was very pleased with the service.

Kay in printing makes this store great! Kay went above and beyond to get my order printed quickly, and helped me laminate my pages in an incredibly swift time frame. Kay deserves a raise! Thank you for everything you do!! 10/10 would go back!

Print & Marketing Service Team 187, New London, CT Staples.Truly helped me to convert my parents old photo album to digital photos. It was in bad shape and the photos couldn't be removed due to the adhesive. $1.99 per scan (total over $100) felt like a lot but WOW it was worth every penny! I have included some photos of the album along with some side by sides. She even color corrected the old photos!

Poor customer service. Cashier could barley acknowledge me. I felt like I was interrupting him. I told him I wasn't able to hear him. He did not acknowledge the request. Could not process my gift card and did not ask for help. Just handed it back shrugging. Barely heard Hime say it doesn't work. Asked if anyone could help me get my purchase, that was brought up on a dolly due to the container size, out to my car. He nodded yes. No page went out for help, waited 5 minutes but no help came not was called for. I had to leave for an appointment. I picked up the box and had to carry out by myself. Not one person said a word, including the cashier. I did call the manager and he said he would speak with those employees.
