Sloppy garage scraps on tables all pens out of ink, only two windows open with lines going very slow then closed one while still long line had to buy/ask another patron for a stamp and leave after waiting in line for over 30 minutes!!!

I’ve always hated new London post office but not enough to make a review about. This is the last time I needed to come here because I accidentally made a mistake using my new address and my old one because my phone likes to fill in the wrong info sometimes. I talked to Matt on the phone who was great then I get into the actual building and I’m greeted with bold disrespect before even knowing what was going on the lady with the name tag “Z” is all she had on it. Talks over me as I’m trying to explain my situation and then asks me for the address I told her it’s the wrong address with new London city and zip on it. And that it’s being held for me. She is sitting there arguing with me about it, and trying to tell me they can’t help me and usually they won’t hold a package. Which that’s really nice of them to make someone go through insanity to get their package when it’s at a local post office that I can drive to. This is a present for my daughter’s birthday, and I am sorry and apologized to Matt for putting it in wrong so that there was a mix up. If you are going to have someone facing the public everyday I wouldn’t let it be your employee Z she made everything a nightmare that was already upsetting me because I couldn’t change the address or do literally anything except call. And ask for it to be held. I am so happy to never have to come back. Will never make that mistake again. That’s for sure.

I came here many times In this hotel and I have very good experience with everything staff girls love and Jaan are doing such a great job I really like them rooms are also clean and comfortable

Placed multiple clean white Christmas card envelopes in the slot marked “place mail here”and they went flying on the dirty floor because someone had removed the bin! Workers didn’t care! 🤦♀️

Horrable. They don't even pick up there phone. That's why they are sinking fast because they treat there customers like absolute trash. No surprise there if you did your job maybe this company would not be failing and you would be paid better. But no one will pay alot of money to do your job when you can not even do the correctly or at all. What a shame.

I was staying in a hotel temporarily, so I rented a PO Box from them, and I regret it. Many of my mails were lost because they don't address your concerns. Instead, they brush you off with nonsensical explanations. Because of them, I completely lost my trust on many of USPS services.

I walked to the post office to drop off a package. The package was packaged and had proper postage. You can't drop a package off if it's after hours. WTH? How has peoples behavior been such that the lobby of a post office is locked up? The land of Yankee is truly an oddly uncivil place.

Horrible service they just left my package outside instead of putting in inside my mailbox like it was supposed to be. Sunday delivery i guess they just wanna go home early. My package easily fit inside my mailbox but they didn't even bother they just threw it outside and left.

Never had a problem at this post office, some people’s business takes longer than others, some it’s just a minute for 3 to be serviced. Nice appearance inside with murals and it’s always spotless.

I love this Post Office. The architecture is marvelous to look at and reeks of Nostalgia. I also miss the grumpy older gentleman the retired. He was perfect for this job. I also loved to make him smile. ❤️

I got an email that my package was delivered yesterday. No package in sight. Go to the post office this morning, come to find out the carrier put it in the wrong mailbox. They say they'll send someone to get it as it's one of those locked boxes in an apt complex. All day I wait. Talked to someone twice, they say they're coming. Now someone probably has my package. If they would've come when they said since I got there as soon as they opened, I'd have my package.

the line was super long. the worker was having a nice long conversation with a customer when she has a long line waiting. when it was my turn, she was very rude and rushed us. she gave us the price and it was very expensive, just around $60???? we didnt pay that day and we went to a different one a few days later. the price was a little less than $20 at the other one we went to. im not sure what she did, maybe she typed something in wrong or was just simply overcharging us. she was very rude and rushed us. maybe next time will be better if we ever go there again.
