Employees are described as super nice, going above and beyond to help customers, including processing warranties and explaining parts. The atmosphere is chill and professional, with staff willing to walk items to a nearby mechanic or help find needed items quickly. Prices are great, and the option for DoorDash delivery is absolutely fantastic. Customers report efficient service, getting them in and out, and express that they will definitely be coming back due to the great experience.
I stopped by this morning to buy a hardware kit for my 2007 Prius drum brakes. I was helped by a woman named Stephanie who was both knowledgable and gracious. There are now three auto parts stores on Rt 7 coming into New Milford. I guess you know which one I will be shopping at. Costumer service like this is rare and fantastic!

I recently stopped by the new milford store for new wiper blades, Barb not only helped me find the right ones, she replaced them for me and even checked my washer fluid. Its great to go to a store with such helpful and friendly staff.
