Ben was very helpful with getting my phone traded in and upgraded to the newest model, he was able to direct me towards getting the right accessories I needed for my new phone as well as offering deals that were available even if I chose not to take advantage of them. Great service all around!

Horrible customer service. Incompetent staff. No help after6 visits to get service. Going back to original provider. Still don’t have working phone after 10days! Avoid this store at all costs!

The professional individuals working at this location not only know how to handle various situations but they do so with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. When I had a technical problem with a brand new phone they walked me through all the steps to figure out what could be wrong and when those Solutions didn't work they didn't give up, they got on the phone with the technical aspect behind the company, and together they figured it out. It was a very anxious experience for me and they put me at ease while doing their job to the absolute best of their ability. Johan was representative that helped me and everyone else on the floor was both understanding and professional. Yes technology is always changing but the human element in customer service should never be taken for granted. I hope everyone who works at this location gets paid really well because the service they gave me today didn't cost me a penny and I was there for maybe 2 hours. Thank you very much for exemplifying quality customer care. 10/10

Terrible wait times and no staff around to help. One person on a Sunday trying to help 6 people. For the amount I pay monthly, ATT needs to better staff their stores. Maybe it’s time we find another provider.
