Unknowledgle staff. I had to go to another store & pay to have the installation completed. I decided to return the phone and was questioned in a rude manner. This process took from 10am until 4. This is a family account, I would immediately change if it were just my account. This will happen in time. No phone protector available either. Horrible experience!

Went to this store to get a new phone finally after 20 days received the phone. Asked to be switched to an unlimited plan which they did but didn’t explain any of the plans. They automatically signed me up for the most expensive one which I don’t need. I want the unlimited but don’t need so much hotspot if any. Also they were very pushy about direct tv stream. I said no 10 times and they kept pushing me to get it. Also told me it was a 14 day free trial if I don’t like it return the equipment at no charge. So I decided to try it. After looking into it realized it’s more expensive than my cable bill so I returned it 3 hours later. 2 days later I get a 200 dollar bill from direct tv. This has nothing to do with direct tv they were great on the phone and I got refunded and canceled my service so I wouldn’t be charged again. All the negative is for AT&T New Milford!! They are very pushy and will sign you up for the most expensive plans without explaining other plans. It’s all about the commission for them and not about the customer. I will not be returning to this store.

I recently switched carriers to AT&T. Sharika was the most helpful and professional associate I have ever dealt with for cellular service. After an apathetic employee, and non existent support from my old carrier, I can't stress what a pleasant experience it was. Thanks to the New Milford staff. Please reward them.

If I could make it ZERO stars I would!!The is for the New Milford CT store. Sign says under new management so that's why I decided to go back. The last management was terrible. Well this team is no better. Went in for a new phone received it 20 days later which ok I get it there is shipping and production problems which isn't the AT&T stores fault. Was told some people got their phone in 5 days guess I wasn't some people. Anyway told the manager I was going over my data and paying extra fees for it and was on a very old plan. I told her I wanted to go to an unlimited plan which with a couple of clicks of buttons I was set up with unlimited plan. Only problem was she didn't explain any of the plans and didn't ask what type of plan and how much I used before doing this. Just automatically singed me up for the most expensive plan which I assume is for commission for them. When I asked about plan details I was a problem and she had too much going on right now to explain it all. So I left and came back in a couple days because I can get a discount from my work but I needed some info from my work first. So I got that all set up and they tried to sell my the DirectTV stream. I told them no 10 times explained I would like to think about it and they kept pushing me into it. They told me over and over it's free for 14 days so return it and you get no charge it's great better and cheaper than cable. So I needed to go so after saying no 10 times I said ok. Went home hooked it up and I will say DirectTV stream was nice. Got channels back that I had lost with spectrum and was a pretty good service. After doing some research tho I realized that it is more expensive than my current cable plan so I unhooked it and returned it 3 hours later. He also spoke with his manager about something and they got in a little argument about how much work they were making for her. I was told everything was all set and it was taken off my bill. 2 or 3 days later I got a pending charge on my card from DirectTV for 200+ dollars. Called AT&T and explained they said it was free for 14 days I returned and canceled same day and I'm being charged. They couldn't help me and told me to call direct tv which I did. I will have to say direct tv was great on the phone helped me out quickly and said this isn't the first problem they had with AT&T hooking people up and in the future come directly to them and bypass AT&T. He also told me the store did set me up with the most expensive plan which he mentioned to me but again said it was free for 14 days. Watch out for this store they will use you for commission. They want to set you up for the most expensive anything or whatever will benefit them. They will do all of this without letting you know anything about plans. So then you will get a bill in the mail much larger than expected. They are not about helping the customer at all. I will not be returning for this store in the future!!

This is for the New Milford store on Danbury Road Connecticut. Made an appointment with Dreka for the new iphone 15 Pro. Picked it up the next day, and she was a TREMENDOUS help. SUPERPATIENT and thorough. Alot of stuff was successfully transferred in a bit less time than predicted. A great experience. Much appreciation.

I wouldn't have given any stars but was forced to in order to comment. How can a store that accepts cash expect people to have exact change? If you accept cash payments doesn't that mean you should have some sort of access to hand out change?

When my phone decided to die at the gym yesterday we ran over here to get a new one and thank god we did. Dreaka helped us out, answered all our questions, suggested phones based on what I enjoy using my phone for (pictures mostly) and made sure we were aware of all promotions before making a decision. She was well informed, super energetic and polite and just all around incredibly helpful. I left with a new Galaxy Flip5 and I love it. Thank you Dreaka and the team for giving us an easy, pleasant experience trading in phones!

I recently went to this store to buy a new phone. New store manager Drega (sp?) was excellent. Intelligent, smart, and friendly. Old phone was damaged, so transferring info to new phone was difficult, but she worked thru it. And she speaks other languages! Great experience at this store that needed a new manager.Bill K.
