We had a wonderful experience for buying gifts for our toy drive. We took Ole Red and the Distinct Storage van out and the staff could not have been more helpful in helping us checkout and load things up. Highly recommend this place to others who are looking for a great deal!

It's not comparable to other Five Below locations, this store is small. We walked through the whole store in about 5 minutes. It's there, it's a store. Based on other reviews, I'd avoid shopping after dark.

Do not come here. I went at night with some of my friends and the woman who works here started yelling at us. She said “Don’t destroy my store” in a very rude tone as we were looking at the merchandise. Mind you, my friends and I are all adults and she is yelling at us like we are children. We also put back anything we touched in the right spot, we were genuinely just trying to shop. She also yelled at other customers for other reasons, and once again they were just being customers in the store; there was no need to yell at them, or at us. Once we left, she locked the door behind us while there was still other customers in the store and at least an half an hour before 5below’s actual closing time of 9:30 p.m.. If this woman cannot handle a simple retail job, there is no hope for her future.

While I’m still new to shopping at Five Below, I had a nice time walking around this location and seeing all they had to offer. The store was well-organized and the layout just seemed to make sense—everything flowed well. I particularly enjoyed looking at the plush, the books, and seeing what basic clothing items they had to offer.While the quality at Five Below is questionable at best, it’s nice to have a reliable store where you can get some “staple” items and last minute gifts.

I love this store! It's put together well so it's spacy (like you won't run into people in every aisle you turn to, at least when it's not busy) and it's always clean. You can tell the store is brand new and the store probably will stay brand new forever because it's maintained well.This has become my favorite store and I go here weekly for candy and anything else I need. Going here always makes me excited.

This is for the woman who works at the New Milford location. I am not sure if she is a manager here but she clearly has some authority and she is so rude!!! I went to this location tonight and even was greeted by one of the other employees. She comes racing over to yell at me that the store was closed and wants to know how i got in the store. So, she closed the store early and then proceeded to chase me out… then she wants to know how i got in the store… maybe because the door wasn’t locked it and its not even 8 O’clock yet, what do you think babe? I think it is so crazy to kick a customer out of the store not even before closing. Then on another occasion I went there and she was yelling at an employee about price changes, and how she is constantly needing to fix it, infront of the customer too? Like you need to learn some customer service cause you should not be a manager. I work retail and have for YEARS, i would have said to a customer “it’s almost 8 pm, just to let you know we are closing soon”. I would have not kicked a customer out and yelled at them that the cash register was closed and the doors were locked so how did i get in. Get a new job, this location is terrible with her in charge. don’t go here unless you wanna be yelled at by the manager.
