I've never had an issue getting a store credit when a product is defective at Home Depot until today, so be aware they don'tnecessarilystand by the products they sell. The product was labeled crystal clear and it was filmy white. I explained that and the gal got defensive about how she wasn't a product expert, and how is she supposed to know how the product works? That's an unacceptable way of handling it, regardless of whether I was entitled to a credit. I didn't bother speaking to a manger. Not worth the $20 bucks to argue with someone like that. Too bad, service has been ok in the past.

Yawn ... another Home Depot. We haven;t been to this one before, and we came away thinking we needn't bother again. The store seems reasonably well stocked, as per most Home Depots, but we were looking for appliances (specifically a refrigerator) and meandered back to that section of the store. Lots of fridges, of course, but not a whole lot of variety among them, so we needed some help. Good luck with that. We know there are staff shortages everywhere, but we looked .. and looked ... and couldn't find anyone nearby. Or even far away. One staffer we approached in another department appeared to drift away from us quickly. Dunno. Didn't think we looked scary. But apparently we didn't look much like customers either. So we don't plan on returning. We made a photo, but not much purpose in showing the front of the building. It looks like a Home Depot.

Don't buy appliances here. Their installation guys wired my dryer wrong and broke it...and the circuit breaker to the house. Then they wouldn't give me a refund! The back and forth phone calls between them and LG didn't amount to anything. So, I'm just out $2,000!

Good luck finding someone to help you with anything. Two people in plumbing couldn't even give me the time of day. Also getting rid of the slogan."You can do it and we can help" was a good idea.
