Its ok. It was a real hassle to find two suitable spots. The first Prime place gave me two together, and I signed up. Then a past customer demanded the spot so I got bumped. Went to another Prime location and got spots. Gent there very nice. Driveway to the back where my spots are is really full of dips. Have to very careful with a boat a low prop. Security looks good, gate works well.

Prime Storage is a good storage place and I have it for a few months now. I was treated with great curtesy, shown a few units to help me decide what size I needed. I was offered discounts that were going on to help with the price. It made for a good experience and I wasn’t treated differently because I was a woman.
I definitely would recommend Prime Storage as a place for storage use.

Theresa and John at Prime storage were both SO kind and helpful. They helped my mother and I get into our unit and were super supportive and informative throughout the process. We feel so safe that our belongings are kept here!

Prime Storage in New Milford, Ct seems to be a clean, secure facility. I had all my stuff there while I was out of town most of a year. The manager (and I'm sorry, for the life of me I can't remember his name) was always able to answer my questions whether in person or on the phone. Were I ever in need to store something in Connecticut again, I would use their services again.
