I brought in a few items to get dry cleaned and have zippers repaired. i asked them to call me to tell me how much it would be to get the zippers replaced - they didn't.when i went to pick up the clothing, the bill was for $98!! one dress, 2 repairs and 2 slacks. unreal!!When i checked the zippers, they were not fixed.The clothing was still stained - and even worse, i could tell they treated the stain but didn't get it out. the clothing is damaged now.I dont usually write a bad review for a small mom & pop type of business, but if i had known they were going to be so lousy i would have avoided them. i have no idea how they manage to stay in business if they are so terrible.Service: Alterations

I am so happy that I found Tommy's Cleaners. I decided to give them a try after searching for a drycleaners and tailor near my family home. googles did not lead me astray! I have been very happy with the service and quality. It's so hard to find a tailor that does solid work for a reasonable price, and Maria's alterations have been spot on. So much so that even though I live in Davis most of the year, I'll bring any items I need tailored with me when I visit L.A.! My mom started bringing her drycleaning to LTommy's Cleaners too. We'll be back for all our drycleaning and tailoring needs!

Well, after my husband recommendation, I decided to bring my daughter dress to get the hem cut just a few inches, I was charged 100$. I was shocked on how expensive it was cause I paid 150$ for her brand new dress. After this experience, my family and I take our clothes to a place in Enfield, since I'm there every two weeks. My wedding dress cost only 45$ to get 3 inches of the hem at Java's dry cleaning in Enfield. They do an incredible job. Totally worth it, also dry cleaning is way much cheaper. I wouldn't recommend Tomy dry cleaning to anyone, unless you like to overpay for things. These place have no clue of how to price their services. Very disappointed.

The owner of this business takes ZERO responsibility for damage that he causes. I had Two dress shirts ruined. All apparently my fault! Be careful going here if you have any clothing that you really value, because you will be paying to replace it. Can you imagine blaming a regular customer for not one, but two ruined shirts. Never will I return. Awful customer service. Deserves no stars, but that is not an option.

I chose this store because it is the nearest one to my home. However I decided to never go back again. One time I sent a really expensive dress there for dry cleaning but later found out one of the button was broken off. The owner explained that the quality of the button was not good (the dress was made in Japan, though). Although he was willing to pay me the price of the button if I purchased a replacement button, I still felt very disappointed. I spent $15 for dry cleaning my dress and got a button broken off. Another time I sent my expensive wool coat there for dry cleaning and turned out to miss an little pearl decoration button.
