Staff unwelcoming, they also had me purchase additional postage for mail only to find out the package was STILL sent back to my address and require MORE postage. When confronted they told me I should've known.

Overall it's a good, operating location. Employees are inarguably rude, however, so don't surprised. I shipped an item and was unfamiliar with the touch screen interface, the individual was quite rude about it. No I'm not on drugs, so don't treat me like I am. Avoid if you don't want an attitude from them.

The mailmen need to do better at reading the actual address, and delivering to the correct ones. They also need to communicate better when dropping off packages. No one notifies you, or even bothers to try.

Not only did this post office inconvenience me multiple times. But proved their incompetence multiple times when all I needed was my lock changed for my mailbox. I kept in contact to make sure I knew when it was changed. Came in to pick up my packages since I haven’t received my lock change yet and I come to find out the man who does the lock changing came and missed our ticket to change our mailbox lock. Lovely. So we have to wait another week. All these times I come in between that, they claim to not have any of my packages only small bits of mail. Today I finally was able to pick up the key, they called me yesterday letting me know it was ready. I come in this morning and they give me only mail when I asked them to pick up any packages from the mailbox and hold them - so I thought okay they must be in my mailbox still. Drove all the way home, nope. They’re at the post office still! Had to call the post office twice to get an answer - supervisor picks up and tells me he needs tracking numbers for them goes oh wait, let me look - seems to finally open his eyes, and finds my packages. Some competence at our local post office would be nice.

Went here to ship out a shoebox and grabbed the correct fitting shipping box. Waited in line then got to the front to then be told to buy tape and if I didn’t want to I could get the adhesive box. Grabbed the box then tried fitting my package in and it didnt fit. Went to the front and said the package didn’t fit. She then taped up my shoebox for me and slapped the label on it. Overall, decent help but would have appreciated a few pieces of tape to be included with the box. Shipping was $16 to Florida.

Located on the green in New Milford. Parking along the front of the green. The lot inside has a lot of spots including handicapped parking. This is a typical older looking post office. The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.

Wow!! An employee was 2 seconds from attacking a law abiding citizen.. What's going on with these people don't they train them on their own rules!! I hope this employee was fired he's a dangerous man!! I can't believe this day and age they don't know what poster 7 is it's unbelievable!!
