Fantastic service department! Wayne, Tyler, Tom, Fred all know how to solve any issues, calmly and methodically. You leave the dealership with confidence and it is fixed correctly and you don't have to think about. And, they never take advantage and have very competitive pricing! Well, done!

So I am not one to waste time to write reviews but after this experience I find it necessary. So with the release of the last call Demon 170 called this dealership which knew nothing about it and had to wait for a return call. So after return call was told I could order and allocation was mine at which point I left the required deposit and was told price would be 25k over Msrp. Ok can live with that knowing the demand. Even though Dodge Ceo said anyone being charged over msrp would get pushed back to end of list for build. Take chances i guess what choice do I have if cant get at msrp. Thinking my order was secured and not wasting any other time try to find another dealership I went on with my day Ask for email with confirmation of receipt and something stating 25k over was agreed upon which I did recieve. Only to be called next morning by my guess is a greedy owner now wanting 100k over Msrp. Ok no thank you and bad business. Will be more than happy to give my money to a business with ethics. So now a day wasted and probably lost out on getting one now. Will be pursuing action on pure principle. Wait til dealership and buyer has to sign Dodge disclosure before order with 100k over msrp

Came here to have a recall fixed on my wife's Jeep Wrangler. The staff was friendly and organized and the repair was explained by the service manager in a way we could understand. All in all it was a good experience.

Terrible Service Center! Our 3500 Diesel truck had the full EGR system replaced by Wetmores in January 2022 (2 year warranty). In October 2022, it through the same codes so we called to get it repaired under the warranty. They had no appts open, but we scheduled for the first available in the end of November. By then the truck was in limp mode and unusable. They ran the codes and several other codes popped up, so I asked them to first take care of the EGR because that’s the initial issue and then we would have them service the rest. The service supervisor refused to fix the warrantied work because he only has “1 diesel mechanic and the truck is going to need turbo work after”. Now several weeks later the truck is still untouched and sitting in their lot. Disgustingly disappointed that they won’t honor their own warranty.

Tyler the service manager is exceptional. My trucks camera was broken not only did he give me a free camera he but emergency happened and I needed my truck back fixed or not and he pulled all the mechanics off other jobs to get mine back asap and he did. Highly recommend.

Wetmore’s CDJR THE best! I spoke today with Tom in the service department. I had a question about my Wrangler. He was very polite , informative and answered any questions. He DIDN’T make me feel like I was wasting his time, and it was a busy Friday morning.I’ve purchased and had serviced Jeeps from Wetmore’s in the past, and always feel confident that the service department is not trying to “sell me the kitchen sink”. Much appreciated these days!I’m planning on getting my lift on my Wrangler there soon. I have high confidence it will be done professionally and correctly! :)Highly recommend! Thank you!

Folks I am writing this review without even seeing the vehicle I have purchased. I have a background in the car business and buy cars WAY too frequently. I was helped by David the salesperson and Sue the finance manager. I am in Greenville, SC and found a vehicle I had to have at this dealership. David was kind enough to take care of several requests that I had to make the decision to purchase. He was very patient with me with absolutely no pressure. I tried to steal the vehicle, they wouldn't let me. I paid what was fair for the vehicle, they made a profit without trying to gouge me. Now comes the best part.... Sue the finance manager took over to handle financing, warranty, gap etc. I have never in my life felt a finance manager was the one looking out for ME. She fought to get the best rates, affordable gap insurance (dealers here charge $1,500) all the while making 100% sure I was taken care of. In 35 years of buying and selling I have never seen someone like Sue. She is absolutely the best I have ever seen at her job. The different state laws, registration, and property tax didn't phase this dealership and they bent over backwards to close this deal. They have some fees, like all dealers do, but this one provides service beyond expectation. I don't mind paying a little bit for that. Listen carefully... if they have a car you want and you don't buy from them, you're an idiot. Great job guys! Now to figure out how to get my new car home!

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I ordered a 2022 Jeep Rubicon from them in may. I specifically ordered black exterior and black interior. Well 4 months goes by and the Rubicon finally arrives and I get a text message from the sales person Kyle Ouellet saying that he accidentally ordered me brown/tan interior. I was immediately turned off of the purchase. To make it even worse, I got an email from jeep saying my car was delivered to this dealership on August 2nd…. I didn’t hear from them until august 8th, and that’s only because I called to see what was going on! If I hadn’t reached out, I don’t know when they would have notified me my vehicle was delivered. So my car sat in that lot for a week and nobody notified me haha. Scott Brittingham Jr the general manager blamed it on Jeep, and stated that Jeep never gets their delivery dates right. The whole thing was sketchy. I was promised by Kyle that he would notify me the day of delivery or possibly 24 hours in advance…. Didn’t happen. I also asked for no license plate bracket to be put on the front bumper because I didn’t want holes in the bumper, Kyle assured me that wouldn’t happen. Well, when I looked at the car, guess what. There was holes drilled in the bumper. Can’t make this stuff up. You would think that dishing out $60,000 maybe your wishes would be listened to carefully, but no, not at this dealer. They are smug and rude.After complaining about the issues they offered to re order me another rubicon with the correct seats. Which would have taken 4-6 months. Naturally I was upset, so I asked to be compensated further, and I was told no. So I told them they would be getting some negative reviews, and the general manager Scott Brittingham Jr told me if you are gonna threaten us with bad online reviews we don’t want your business, get out.So I left unhappy. Ruined my entire jeep mood, don’t know if I will be purchasing a jeep in general anymore because of this experience… and if I do it DEFINITELY WON’T BE with this dealership. Please do not shop from them, they will try and squeeze you for every penny and will be shady in the process, and if you complain enough they will ask you to leave.Absolutely terrible experience. I’m contacting Jeep/Chrysler next.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Honestly felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. No eye contact was made, no hand shakes, seemed like I was more of a bother than a potential customer. When I asked to see vehicles was told they were outside go talk a walk.Sales 101 engage your customer and make them comfortable. Last time I'll be here sad to say, I'm a big dodge/jeep/ ram customer and will be going elsewhere.

Truck manager tells me what they paid for a trade in by accident and then tells me there’s no room for negotiation on a truck that’s sat at the dealer for 8 months with a $13k mark up? Ridiculous mark up and they offer below market value on trade ins. Typical price gouging dealership.

We have bought 4 jeeps from Wetmore's and highly recommend. They are efficient in every aspect. I have personally bought my jeeps from Kyle, who is so positive in his job. This Jeep dealership makes you feel as you are part of the family. Highly recommend them from buying to servicing your jeep.

I had a small issue that required immediate attention. I live in Boston and was visiting my parents in New Milford. I stopped in at Wetmore's to see if they could help. Tyler stepped right up and took care of me. I am not a customer, have not bought a car with Wetmore's--there was no reason for Tyler to go above and beyond. He was so kind and very happy to help! I cannot say enough about how much this meant to me. He made sure that I would have a safe trip back to Boston and did not even charge for the service! I am so very grateful and wish I could give Tyler and Wetmore's 100 stars! I only wish I lived close enough to bring my Jeep here for regular service! Thank you, Tyler and Wetmore's!
