It has been a few years since I came here as life got in the way but I came here for almost 10 years. Sensei Sean is a great role model and teacher who can teach you how to both defend yourself and be a great human being. Highly recommend to any parents as you and your kids won’t regret it.

We recently moved here and are so lucky to have this so close.
The attention and care that Sensei Sean shows in a well organized and thoughtful dojo is doing wonders for my kids.
