Don’t do the lifetime warranty screen protector it’s 11$ still to replace it every time. Also it last 2 months and cracked. Also was told it’s 4 dollars to replace lies.

My family and I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in Newington today. Joe R. assisted us for over an hour and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough when assisting us with a difficult situation. Highly recommend!

if I could give the store a 0.000 I would I went in October to get the new 15 Pro. This is my first time getting off and going on my own line, and I trusted the workers in AT&T to be able to help me. my phone just broke yesterday I went in to the AT&T in West Hartford, which they did an amazing job at helping assist me . Turned out one of the workers at the Newington. AT&T had committed commission fraud on my account so he could get more money in his paycheck. I work in the service industry, and I would never take advantage of a customer the way that he took advantage of me I expected to be in good hands while walking into AT&T . I had no access to my account because the worker at the Newington AT&T did not use my Social Security number so I was gonna be locked out of everything including all my emails on my social media, anything and everything associated to my phone, including my phone number . I spent over seven hours running around trying to fix my phone so I could keep my number in my information because of what this worker AT&T in Newington did so he can get a little bit more money in his paycheck . When you go into a phone store and you’re excited about getting a new phone you don’t expect the people working there to go and take advantage of you and that’s exactly what I had to deal with and never in my life have I been taken advantage of the way that I was at AT&T in Newington and I can’t believe The amount of money I’ve been charged the extra lines I had to put on my phone. I am now with an iPad because they had to actually create an account under my name because technically without my Social Security, I was never even part of AT&T needless to say if it wasn’t for the help, I received from Nicholas in West Hartford and Dave in West Farms the amount of hours these men put in helping me with my phone. I would be leaving AT&T. I have to wait 24 hours before I can even access anything so this is just been a drag the amount of emotional distress I went through just for my phone is actually insane but again I thank the workers at the other two locations (west farms and west Hartford) because I had to go to multiple locations to get help because originally I went to the one in Newington Saturday morning I wasn’t greeted waited around And they refused to help me. They just told me to either buy my phone which still has 950 dollars left to pay because I just got it in October and after saying I can’t buy it I just want to figure out my next steps to fixing my phone I was handed a pamphlet to call insurance but the other two gentleman at the other stores really put in time and effort to help me. I didn’t get reimbursed on anything I haven’t seen a credit. I am using an iPad which I had to open a line for till I can get access to my actual account and pin. Newington AT&T do better on training your people.

Beware of this store everyone… I purchased a new phone last week and the salesperson included a $17 a month insurance I never authorized. I received an email five days later letting me know I had a protection plan in place. I was never told about this nor did I grant permission to put it on my account. It took me an hour on the phone with AT&T to have it removed. Another monthly fee I didn’t need. I’m sure the salesman got a kickback for selling the insurance. These are dirty tactics. Shame on you for trying to pull a fast one.

My phone stopped working.I walked in and they helped me set up a new phone.I didn't know people were making appointments and they still help me.Having the phone was important to me and my business. I felt welcome and helped. It was easy!

We had an outstanding experience with Julia, our CSR! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind , knew just what we wanted. She truly went above and beyond to help us! As senior citizens, her assistance was invaluable! We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family members! If only everyone could be just like her! She is an invaluable asset to AT&T!!
