Needed to order some flowers for a friend. The website provided a lot of options. I called to order locally (I just prefer not ordering flowers over the internet - seems less personal). Was able to place the order quickly over the phone for same-day delivery.

I received an immediate phone call when it turned out to be too late to deliver the day I ordered, making sure it was okay to deliver the next day. The recipient sent a photo of the flowers saying how much she liked them. They were beautiful.

Really zero stars...I ordered over $100 of funeral flowers online 2 days before a funeral (Aug 4/Windsor Locks). I left a note in comments that the funeral started at 9 a.m. At the funeral I noticed my flowers were not there so I called and spoke to the rudest man ever. He said I put the wrong date; "it would have been common sense on my part, to have had the flowers delivered the day before because they (the florist) aren't even open at 9 a.m." When I mentioned I had made a note of the time of the funeral in the comment section, he told me, "we don't read those"! He talked over me as I was talking and never apologized for the order not being filled. He offered to have the flowers delivered to the house, I recited the address and wen I said "West Suffield", he interrupted with, "we don't deliver to Suffield". Then he offered a full refund, which I took and have received.

The flowers I ordered my mom for Mother’s Day were not comparable to the photo/ones I selected. I tried contacting the company about my dissatisfaction and I never received a response. The flowers were pretty yes, but not anything close to what I thought I’d be getting. I understand that during popular holidays it’s common for flowers to be substituted for other types but the quantity was just not there.Update to response: I called once on Mother’s Day and I emailed twice. I did not ever receive a response from you guys, Nevermind an offer of replacement. This is simply NOT true.Update #2: they emailed me and basically accused me of lying about contacting them and said they contacted me multiple times and could show me proof and offered another arrangement. Well I sent proof that I was not lying and in fact they were! Never heard from them again.

I live out of state and ordered online and everything went well. I felt the prices were good and can't complain about free delivery. The person that received them said they looked great.
