I had to cancel an instore appt. Have been waiting an hour and still on the phone trying to make another appt. Canceled on line and was unable to make another apt. as their site will only allow you to go so far. The tech in the store was great when I picked up my tower a few days ago. Dealing with this system can make you crazy. Why spend the money for the Geek Squad when there3 isn't anyone to speak with. Terrible experience.

Nobody to answer the phone, sat on hold forever. Super huge turnoff when you cant get customer service when their job is literally customer service. Definitely will never try them again and this was my very first time

I was transferred 15 different times and had enough of it, no one transferred me to where I needed to be and I was waiting for a whole freaking hour before I hung up on them. They should just have a specific directory on for each of their departments.

Its $200 to join their protection plan and if you dont want that it will cost you $100 just to get a problem diagnosed , they can fix your pc its just expensive for me

Fabulous online service but the Newington Connecticut store leaves a lot to be desired
