“Fred is a very knowledgeable man and very friendly to work with. Made us very comfortable, took his time no rushing us. And he gave us top dollar for all of our items. Would highly recommend him and would return to him again in the future. Thanks Fred”

“Have had good experience selling MTG singles at this location. They offer around 60% cash value and 70% in store credit. Ken is very friendly and has great customer service. I recommend this location for its clean store and friendly staff.”

“Ordered a Sleeve for our Flagpole that was destroyed this Winter. It arrived in a timely manner and worked perfectly. Easy and great company to do business with.”

“Recently discovered the store. It's a real gem. Too few toy and hobby stores like this left. Massive selection, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and the prices are fair.”

“Came to games irl for the first time today and let me just say I don’t think I’ve had a better experience in any other store. I’ve never collected pokemon cards in a serious way before but I kind of wanted to get all the Durant cards because that’s my favorite pokemon. Not only did they tell me exactly where to look for it but they also helped me by searching through cards and looking up all the information that I need. They even printed out a sheet of all the pokemon I didn’t have yet! They were also extremely kind and I can tell they are very passionate about their job. Also thanks to the kind worker (sorry I forgot your name) who drew a custom Durant on my new pokemon folder!”

“Friendly staff and loads of product. Parking can be tricky, and there's not a lot of space inside. Worth a stop of your in the area, or, if you're like me, you need something, and it's completely sold out online. 😅”

“Been here a few times now. Definitely has a sketchy vibe to it, as the building looks abandoned, there's almost never any cars in the rundown parking lot, and the shop is down a flight of stairs to the basement. However, don't be fooled -- a little diamond in the rough going on. Once you walk through the door, they have an impressive array of all things collectable. I've gone specifically for sports trading cards, as they have a decent selection with more each time we've gone. The staff there (and owner) talk with us each time we've gone, and are very personable. If you're looking for in-person browsing and selection over Amazon blind purchases, I highly recommend stopping in.”

“Great throwback hobby shop with tons of inventory and good prices. Store has been closed for the past week or so with no message at door or on website, I hope all is well.”

“Michael’s is a decent store for what it is. It offers a good selection of items for crafters, scrap bookers, painters and artists. I can’t though give it rave reviews as I’m not one of these types. When I go, and it is infrequently, it is for a particular decorative item, or for something my daughter might need. Those in the know can speak better of it but for me it’s good.”

“I love Michael’s. I’m a full time artist and you can get some ridiculous prices when things get marked down. Coupons are amazing. They really help keep me in business.”

“Great staff. I had four prints framed and initially there were issues with improperly sized materials and the framing, the Michaels staff fixed the problem and were very professional. I am very appreciative of their efforts.”

“Very nice store, lots of interesting and rare items, staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the market to buy anything this time and couldn’t come to a deal with the owner about buying some of my collection, I appreciate the help they gave me when determining a price range for the items I was selling and am very pleased with the great customer service. I look forward to shopping here in the future.”
