“Huge shoutout to my insurance agent, Greg Settos, at Anthony Savio Allstate! I got a dreaded DMV letter saying my registration was going to be suspended because of a VIN error on my policy. I texted Greg, and he immediately handled the fix and cleared it with the DMV directly and this is something most insurance companies don't do automatically. When I called the DMV today, the rep literally told me my agent deserved 5 stars for going above and beyond. That is what I call incredible customer service! 🙌”
