“Have dealt with bedding barn before and when I did, I promised when I needed a mattress I would come back! And for good reason! Paul was animated and kind and funny, and was very patient as I tested almost every mattress in the building! I like to sleep hard my husband doesn't so we really needed to come up with a solution to satisfy both of us. So after a couple hours of my husband and I laying on the beds, we agreed that the Celeste was the best!You just don't get customer service like this anymore! It's almost scary when you're actually having conversations with real people anymore because everything is done online. I highly recommend the personalized service you get with Paul.I love love Love this mattress!!”

“Two things. First on the website it states at the Newington store the box spring was in stock. It is not, no box springs are…. To get a box spring in Newington you must visit Bob’s, order, and pay for the box spring then it can get shipped to the store where I come and get it… I’m still awaiting the call to pick up this box spring.
Second, I didn’t appreciate that I asked for the $150.00 and the sales person started ordering the $250.00 until I had it changed.
If the box spring is not what I was sold I will come back and give 0 stars. Thank you for improving.”
