One day I tried to return a fomula my baby couldn't tolerate. The female mangager (who has a piercing on her nose) did not want to help simply said not returnable. She seemed like she hated her job. She tried to get rid of customers instead of trying to help. I hate Sam's customer service. Wait until my 5 years+ membership over will cancel it and switch to Costco. They treat customers like customers. Bye Sam's club.

Had a great experience. My only suggestion is to put some signs up when you enter the parking lot to direct you to the curbside pickup area. My shopper was friendly and helpful. Even though Sam's is 13 miles from me, I will definitely be back.01/20/2024I love you Sam's Club and I love your curbside pickup! However, today you really dropped the ball and disappointed me. I had a pickup order for 2-3 today and arrived at 2:25. I did not get a text saying my order was ready? Strange! So I called the store and gave my order number and I wad told it was being shopped and it wouldn't be long until it's ready. 1 hour later and many unanswered calls I asked for a manager. Eli picked up and told me the system was new and mistakes were being made but they will start shopping and it will be ready shortly. Ok but no apologies or at least a free rotisserie chicken? Funny thing, i didn't see one employee come out or any pickup customers for an entire 60 minutes. So after 75 minutes of waiting my 5 items were brought out. I just wished a message could have been sent to me before 2pm letting me know there were problems as the store is 13 miles from me.I will try again but I hope this doesn't happen again.

Never any issues that can't get resolved. I drive 27 miles each way to shop at this store.

I went today to pick up a cake that I order two weeks ago for my sons birthday, when I got there and the cake was given to someone else and no body even knew how that happend it ruind my sons birthday, they did not even care

My daughter and I just left this Sam's Club 12/10/2023. A minute or so after my daughter went in to get our items, one of the store employees came out to gather baskets. There were numerous baskets by my car, the store employee grabbed the cart that was closest to my car, and as he was pulling the cart back he turned around and looked into my car, saw me, then pushed the basket back to where it was and walked away to the back of the parking lot. He then proceeded to go in and out of the store 3 times, each time walking by my car, looking at me, and not retrieving the baskets by my car? What was his problem? I have no ideal?I talked to the store manager and he told me he will make sure the peasant (the store manager did not refer to his employees as a peasant) comes out and do his job

This store has more people on their phone than working I believe. Everytime I go there. Someone is FaceTiming someone instead of working. The lady at the door is always on her phone. Puts it above her scan tool. Makes me wonder if she’s recording what’s in my carriage to be honest.

Waited in a HUGE line to check out and was suggested to do scan and go when i got closer to the front so i did, just to be told the item I bought wasn't in stock and I had to go to customer service for a refund. (Which why would you have the display cardboard on the shelf if you dont have the product?). Then I go to wait in that line just to be told that I have to exit the store first because the order wasn't finalized cause I did scan and go. Which I had ANOTHER LONG LINE just to get my stuff scaned!! Why can't CUSTOMER SERVICE finalize the order and then refund me?? So then by now 45 to 60mins passed at this point since i started trying to check out, and I've waited in 3 lines. BUT NOW I GOTTA WAIT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AGAIN WHICH IS EVEN LONGER THAN THE FIRST TIME! Then the lady tries to give a gift card... I don't wanna come back and asked for the cash since I paid debit. Thank God the other lady working knew how to get me cash but that entire hour spent in lines going back and forth because I'm being told to go the wrong order of places to go is ridiculous. And customer service should have been able to do it when I was there the first time. And then they told me I had to wait in line at the exit AGAIN AFTER ALL THAT WHEN I WANTED TO JUST GO TO MY CAR AND GO HOME. And then they guy at the exit didn't wanna accept the emailed reciept at first acting like im stealing when i actually did scan and go and had to explain everything i just went through... yall need to get it together
