This place is awful. My debit card doesn't work so upon entering, I asked the cashier if they still accepted checks. She said yes. I did an hour and a half of shopping and spent $131.00... when I got to the register, my check wouldn't go through it took them 20 minutes and finally called the manager. Who said it should work because they're not stopping that until July 15th. So I had to call 1-800 corporate number upon which they told me in that store starting in the morning, they were not accepting checks this week. I am disabled in a wheelchair. It was the day to have my homemaker who helps me reach stuff on shelves, put in the basket, on to the conveyor belt and packed. I had no other form of payment and I wasted all my time. We had to unpack our bags and leave everything in the cart. If they had told me in advance I would have hit up the bank first.

Great store, love my shopping experiences for the most part. Had a helpful interaction with staff in the dressing room.
Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.

It's not bad if you need something in a pinch. They have a wide selection of toiletry products for sure. The place to go if you need the right facial cleanser, conditioner, etc. They have a little bit of everything at a better quality than Wal-Mart. The parking lot is a mess with garbage, though. Wish they would clean it up.

Hard to find assistance in the store. It seems they are shorthanded. Long lines waiting for self checkout, and only a few workers at normal checkout

Often an insanely long line and no carts or baskets to be found. It is conveniently located or I would try and avoid it more than I do.
