Worst shopping experience ever nothing was in the racks and the store was a mess I give them a F. Also no shipping carts available due to Target workers using them to dump pilles and pilled of clothes. What and owfull experience.

By far the worst managed target I've been to in a long time. I was shopping for a hour and had no cart.
Stuff thrown left and right like a tornado ran through the place.
One total register open, causing the line to stretch to the damn produce section of the grocery area. Self checkout doesn't take cash.
And when I left, the cart area was still empty.
Staff seem to be a mixed bag, some were nice and some wanted to chew your head off of you looked at them funny.
I can see why this store has only two stars after this visit.

I will NEVER be shopping at this location again. THREE SEPARATE TIMES this month they’ve marked my order as ready for pick up, I get here and wait 30 minutes to an hour to be helped, and they DON’T have my order in stock anymore. What??? How does that even happen? I’ve wasted hours of my life and too much gas on a store filled with employees with bad attitude and an inadequate ability to run an efficient store. I have never once been compensated for the hassle and only 1 out of 3 experiences even received an apology. This location has lost my business.

Noone answers phone when you call. Tried every extension. Made online order for same day delivery and no response after hours and passed its due time. Phone system hangs up on you and no one answers.

I actually have never been so disappointed in a target until I came to this one. I had a pick up order that said it was ready so I went to go pick it up. The line is down to the clothes and there’s one poor worker all alone with no support. The layout for pickup is so disorganized. The poor worker has to run passed the bullseye section to go find an order which isn’t a close walk for someone alone with a long line. Whatever, lines happen during the holiday so I wait until it’s my turn. The worker goes to grab my order that says it’s READY and accounted for on the app. This poor girl walks back and says that it wasn’t in the back and that she went to the pet section just to give me an option. This poor girl needs help especially during the holiday season. Where is the manager ?!?

Last shopping weekend before Christmas and they have ONE lane open with a long line. A bunch of workers standing around looking at us waiting. Nobody knows how to use a register? Also they still have the self check with a limit of ten items even during the busiest of holidays. Called the store to try and complain and they didn’t answer. Do better Target.

Don’t come to this location for curbside pickup during the holidays. They are not organized at all and even the employees were talking about shutting down curbside pick up. Wasted about two hours and then half of the items on my order were cancelled last minute, even though the email I received said my order was ready for pick up.

I have to say, the organization in their stores for the holidays is terrible. Waited almost 2 hours for curbside just to walk in and find out they haven't even grabbed the items yet. They had 4 days to do it!

This store always cancels my drive up orders due to “technical issues” and even when they don’t, they give me expired food items, clothes in the incorrect sizes, or damaged goods. If I ever decide to go into the store for any reason, there’s usually one check out lane open and the line for self check out is extremely long. I’ve never had experiences with rude employees- the one or two that they have, have always been pleasant to me. But yeah, one or two employees… maybe HR should start reading the applications they’re sent and hire more people. At this point I’m swearing off this Target location for good. I’d rather drive a bit longer and shop at one that has their store put together and organized.
