“This is my favorite place in the world to go for anything smoke or Vape related. They also sell kratom which is nice. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I am in there. I go there often so I know them by now and they are very customer-oriented. If you want something specific they’ll put in an order for it. The prices are on point with other vape shops, if not lower than most. In addition, the hours are great. They are always open until 10 PM. I appreciate their kindness and helpful nature whenever I’m there. They let me take my time and answer any questions I have. I called them every day for almost two weeks asking if they got a new shipment and they put up with me the whole time. They always answer the phone even if it rings 20 times. Someone will always pick up. They are extremely reliable.Lastly, I left my wallet there a couple of weeks ago and they kept it for me completely untouched for two days. When I called to ask about it they immediately said they had it and that it was stored somewhere safe and secure. When I went to pick it up the employee asked me to show my ID in order to verify my identity, which I also really appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoke and vape needs. They have a wide variety of items and really let customers take their time to look without intruding. They have a lot of patience with all customers (and I’ve seen some terrible customers in there). I ask questions that they probably don’t know the answer to but they try their best to give me one. I will always go there for as long as I live in West Hartford.The one thing that’s frustrating about the shop is the location, which is on Farmington Avenue in an area where there’s always a lot of traffic. There’s also another vape shop right down the road that I accidentally stopped at a few times before I got used to it. That shop has a blue sign well this one has a green sign.Finally, the parking lot is very small and busy. There’s always a lot of action going on when I’m there as there are a few businesses that seem to have a lot of customers on a usual basis. Especially the market that is located right next to the shop. Everyone is driving like crazy around that area because it’s close to Hartford, so be aware of your surroundings when driving because cars are moving quickly in and out of spaces and again the parking is tight. It’s very easy to miss the shop if you don’t pay attention.All in all this place is my number one go to and currently one of my favorite businesses to interact with because they are so understanding and so accessible due to their hours, and the items that are available. They run a good business and are very polite to all of their customers. I don’t think I’ve ever gone there at a time when other people weren’t also there or didn’t come in while I was there. It’s clearly a popular place that many people go to on a regular basis. They are trustworthy, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. It's just too good to place with well-stocked wine shelves to make you spend your money. “You find it in a strip mall on Park Road. The kind with a nail salon and a check-cashing place. You almost drive past it. That is the point.
The lounge was cold and the ventilation roared. Five men became ten. The leather chairs filled with hoodies and flannels and two men in full tartan kilts. Nobody thought the kilts were strange. In this place, a kilt is just another way to sit in a leather chair and watch the playoffs.
I smoked an Espinosa Laranja Reserva Escuro. Fourteen dollars. The wrapper was dark and oily. It drew clean and stayed lit. There was earth and pepper at the start. Then leather. Then something sweet underneath that I didn't expect. The smoke was good.
There was no bar. People brought their own water or their own beer. The man next to me had coffee in a paper cup. You bring your own or you don't drink.
The humidor had boxes from small makers. Some boxes were empty. It is like a library where the best books are always checked out. You take what is there and if you know cigars, what is there is enough.
The ventilation is the heart of the beast. It roars so you don't have to talk, and it pulls the air so you can breathe. When you walk out into the cold of Park Road, you are clean. That is the point of the roar.
I would go back. For the chair and the quiet chaos and them fourteen-dollar cigar that stayed lit.”
