“Came to Tru Auto Mall looking to purchase a BMW 530i. They had the perfect vehicle in excellent condition at a price that was reasonable. I was greeted by sales man Geno. He was great to work with and ensured I took my time test driving the vehicle despite the weather being complete raining downpour. I loved the vehicle but it had a little shaking as though it may have required a wheel balancing. Geno and Ken assured me they would take care of the problem. They contacted me the next day and said they are putting new tires on the vehicle although they looked as though there was nothing wrong with them. I arrived to pick up the vehicle paperwork completion with Ken was smooth and he ensured I had a warranty to cover the vehicle. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

My uncle got into an accident with his savanna van and I referred him to my local truck rental branch in saybrook that I rent from often, always had such a good experience with enterprise, anyways they rented him a van and then Mike from car sales reached out to find a replacement for him, Mike worked day in and day out to find exactly what he wanted all while enterprise was handing his insurance and claim behind the scene. After Mike found the van he wanted they arranged the arrival of the van we went and picked it up and was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Mike made the experience fun and easy.”

“Very impressed with their service. Went in for a simple wheel alignment. They gave me an option. Took the simple alignment thinking I wouldn’t need recalibration of driver warning system. Most places would probably hardball sell the more expensive option. I tested the lane keep assist and it’s still works like it always has. Now here’s the thing that impressed me even more. They not only filled the air in my tires, but they took the extra step of reading the door jam for the correct psi. Everywhere else fills all 4 tires the same psi where the specs are different for front and rear. I was highly recommended coming here and now I know why.”

I originally chose this dealership based on the great reviews I read, and John and his team absolutely lived up to the reputation.
From the start, John went above and beyond. He thoroughly went through the vehicle and made necessary repairs without me even having to ask, ensuring it was safe and reliable. Although it took a little longer to receive the car because of the extra care put into it, the wait was well worth it.
When I first came in, I was looking at a different vehicle, but John steered me toward the Envoy, believing it was the better option. He was absolutely right—it’s been a great choice. He even had the vehicle detailed before delivery, and my daughter was thrilled when she saw and drove it again, immediately noticing the improvements and care that had gone into it.
