THEY DONT KNOW THEIR OWN RULES
When confronted by customers, they are trembling and scattering to create additional lies
In the end, they just refuse to talk and slam the door like a baby
Maybe work in the back where customers don't have to deal with you
They need a different career because being helpful is in the job description
Probably didn't read that or understand that because they can't even read a receipt

I went into your post office around 2:30 today. The guy that was working was very rude!!!! I had a tracking number for my package. I asked him if I could get my package. I said it is here, can I please pick it up. I am out of town tomorrow and it’s an expensive item I don’t want left outside. He said well it says it is expected to deliver today by nine. I said but it doesn’t say it is out for delivery, it says it’s here. He argued me and said no and offered no assistance in this matter. He also said well I can’t just go look. Then said next to help the next customer. I’m appauld by the awful service I received at ur location from this man. He was unwilling to help and didn’t obviously listen to a word I said. I’ve never gone to a post office and had that kind of service when picking up a package that is there. I really hope something is done to correct this employee. I have never ever received such unhelpful, awful, service at a post office.

I live in west Hartford but I hate the post offices near me so I went there I feel good because of one young lady name is Kay she is so helpful and she done so quick 4 passport in just 30 min thank you so much Kay 4 star just for you

Slow, often not open on time, frequent errors with package prices. Rude employees who have no idea what they are doing. We still get people's mail who lived here 3 years ago despite RTS over and over. Save yourself the headache and drive to another location.

They open at 8am but I waited in the lobby with other customers until 8:18am. We knocked and rang the doorbell. Staff walked by but did not open for us. I don't know when they ended up opening because I had to leave for work.

Very rude. I went in June 11th around 4pm and the one working at the very left was just absolutely rude. Didn’t ask my tracking number or my ID and said “how am I gonna know if your package is here or not”. Well, that’s your freaking job? And you would have known if you asked me the tracking number, like duh? Acted like I was crazy asking for my package and refused to help me. His coworker, who was very nice enough to help me with this issue, asked me what the tracking number is and found the package in literally 5 seconds. Absolutely ruined my whole day with his stupid attitude.

In Newington CT. only one person at the counter. this one women needs everything explained to her like a child. everyone waiting in line was getting upset. I asked if there was anyone else that could help out because the line was going out the door, both she and the postal work just looked at me ,and did not say a word. he should have told her to go on line, and ask all her question there, to move things along.

Very rude to a certain type of people, I witnessed, 3 different times while waiting in line, workers bring friendly but changing once a particular type of customer approached, sad, unfortunate but after witnessing this numerous times, I have stopped using this particular branch

Wanted to drop off a tiny package in the mailbox out front because I have my sleeping toddler in the car. Bad enough, there's no available parking. They've changed the mailbox, so there's no door to open, just a tiny sliver to put a piece of mail in. This is the opposite of customer service.
