Huge thanks to Matt, Jesse and Alex at Verizon Wireless in Newington!
I recently visited the Verizon store on Fenn Road in Newington to upgrade my phone. Alex helped me with the initial purchase/ordering of the phone and he was extremely polite and efficient during the process. When I returned to the store a few days later to complete the process I didn’t realize I arrived a little over an hour before they closed. Despite the time crunch, Matt and Jesse were absolute rockstars!
The phone transfer took longer than expected, but neither Matt nor Jesse batted an eyelid. They stayed late to help me get everything set up on my new phone, patiently answering all my questions and making sure everything worked perfectly. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive.
By the time we finished, the store was well past closing time, yet they never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Thanks to Matt and Jesse, I walked out with a fantastic new phone and the confidence of knowing it was set up perfectly.
If you're looking for top-notch customer service at Verizon, head to the Fenn Road store in Newington and ask for Matt, Jesse and Alex! You won't be disappointed.
