Chris helped me with resetting my account pin when many other locations wouldn't help. I am so thankful Chris was here and able to help me with my situation. Extremely kind and knowledgeable, doesn't just fix the issue but walks you through the steps while he does it. Can tell he knows what he's doing and is very good at doing it. Will be back soon.

Chris, the store manager is fantastic! Patiently and expertly answered all our questions, and there were a lot of them. Thank you Chris, you are an asset to Verizon. NOTE: we went to two other Verizon stores and thankfully found Chris in Newington!!

Not sure if my luck has been awful or there’s a new employee there, but I was given blatantly wrong information and instructions from the get on a range of topics, and was misled about several different offers and what they would entail. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Verizon store, honestly, but I will not be returning to this one.

Absolutely do not go here. 100% scam artists. Was in a desperate state when my phone died, and got fully taken advantage of. Sold me an 18 month old phone (partially my fault for trusting them). And then applied some phantom charges to my account that I'm still trying to fight. Literally the worst people here. Beware, beware. Probably pursuing legal action shortly.

Worst service I have ever had, and got swindled into signing a contract that was not the terms I was told. I called Verizon after receiving an enormous bill and was told I needed to go down to the local store I purchased it at. I did. To say I was treated like a second rate citizen is an understatement. Not a single helpful comment, just outright offensive. 5 minutes after I left the store to file a complaint, I get a text stating my cloud service had been cancelled. I never even agreed to this! Whatever is going on with this store, should be looked into. It makes Verizon look like they have zero care for any customer

Been a Verizon customer for 20 years. Went into The Newington store located on Fenn Road.A gentleman by the name of Chris fixed my phone as it had viruses in 2 minutes. Been going to this store for 10 years now. Great service! Thanks Chris.

Excellent customer service! I purchased 2 iPhone 15 phones online and brought them here for activation. The process was so smooth. Bernardo, Tony, and Chris worked great as a team. They were very patient and informative. I always get great service at this location. Huge thank you to these guys.
