Many reviewers highlight specific staff members who are helpful, friendly, and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. The store is praised for being clean, well-stocked, and having knowledgeable staff. Despite these positive experiences, some customers mention issues with wait times and long lines, often due to the high volume of customers or the way some customers behave. Reviewers emphasize the importance of understanding that pharmacists and staff work hard under pressure and are doing their best given the constraints of their schedules and systems. They also note that being kind and respectful to staff can lead to better service. The pharmacy closes at 8 pm, and arriving earlier, around 7:30 pm, is recommended to avoid late-hour rushes. Overall, CVS is recognized for its helpful staff and good service, with a reminder for customers to be patient and considerate.
Long lines, medications rarely in stock, and they hang up on you when you are on hold if they answer the phone at all.

Absolutely the rudest, most condescending staff around. I understand that they need more help, that is not an excuse to be nasty and take it out on me.

The most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Long lines and one register open. 45 minute wait at drive through. No apology for the wait or acknowledgement of wasting the customers time when they finally get to you. Short staffed or not, it’s no way to treat customers. I will not be going back.
