“Just closed my AT&T account after 15 years as they decided to reduce the existing company discount. Searched around and found an excellent plan at T-Mobile. Went to the Monroe store and was initially helped by Jay and once I decided on a plan Lexi the manager did the plan initiation and porting. I cannot lavish enough praise on her for her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. She also possesses a keen sense of humor and the ability to recall the password I selected a week before..... I have also discovered that I am getting 5G service in areas where I didn't before. “WOW!!! I loved, loved, loved this lady. She has a salon right next to her house and not only is it clean and beautiful, the lady herself is friendly, gentle and incredibly professional. I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and I barely felt anything. Usually, my skin is quite sensitive and I end up with a burn...not this time. Elena also offers massages and several different facial treatments. I look forward to going back again and again and again. Can't recommend her enough.”
