“I use this pharmacy. They take my insurance. Service is great. I leave my credit card on file and it is easy drive through pickup. The staff is outstanding. The pharmacist is excellent, friendly and informative. I got shingles inoculations there. Many places would not give those, which are important for older people. Every time I drive through my dogs get treats. That extra touch is appreciated by my dogs. The walk in part of Walgreens is well stocked with just about anything you could need for over the counter medications. Hours are posted, however the pharmacist does take a lunch break--those hours are posted also. once I had to wait 15 minutes for them to return. these days with everyone having smart phones. It is no punishment to wait, seated in your car, reading the news, listening to music, playing with your dogs or watching a video. I dispute the comment they are unprofessional. I think the entire staff does their job well. I have dealt with all of them. If I were an employer I would hired any one or all of them. For the rest of Walgreens. I don't tend to shop there.”
“I came here looking for something that will help me to get over this congestion that has been lingering and wouldn't go away. Since it was close to where we were shopping, we stopped in. I was very happy with my experience. The store is very clean and organized. I looked in the aisle I needed for my ailment. I picked what I wanted and went to the counter to pay. The pharmacist went one step further and asked me questions about my ailment and said that what I picked would help but for the other symptoms that another product would help as well with it. I took his advice and I am happy to report that his expertise finally helped me to get better. It is nice to know that there are still pharmacies like this around where you can get professional advice that actually works!”
“Alright. I know there are major ethical issues with this behemoth, with how it undersells small, local mom and pops and puts them out of business; how it's been found (at other locations) to have locked workers into stores at night; etc... But here, in New Milford, there don't seem to be many other places, which aren't also behemoths themselves, where you can pick up light bulbs, toilet paper, and mulch -- far less all three at the same time, at fair prices (along with Play-doh, Advantix, and gummy vitamins). The staff are almost all amazing, friendly, helpful, and reasonably diverse given the demographics of the area as a whole. We've been particularly impressed with customer service during the COVID-19 outbreak. Not only have folks been cheerful and kind in spite of high ambient tension levels, but have modeled tolerance and non-bigotry. This was one of the first places where toilet paper and cleaning products sold out in the area, it's true -- but it was also one of the earlier places to restock. When all area stores were out of thermometers and children's Tylenol, we found them here. We have some funny stories about how our kid, while attending an extremely chichi nursery school in NYC, was asked to write about his favorite place to visit in the world. Other kids wrote about private islands they visited on their parents' yachts. (OK, not really, but close.) Our kid wrote an ode to the toy department at Walmart. It is extensive. It's not en vogue to like this store, I know. But particularly in light of the wonderful staff, who stay wonderful through thick and thin, my family thinks this Walmart is the bomb diggity.”

“That store has the most unfriendly workers, they always look like someone stole their puppy. I said hello the the girl at the self checkout and she just looked at me with blank robotic stare it was quite uncomfortable. I just moved to the area and where I am from ( Stamford) everyone is so friendly. Is it maybe Im too friendly coming from the hospitality business and expect everyone to say hello or even smile? Nah, I dont think so they just look miserable. I rather drive out my way then come to this store again.”
