Newtown Hardware is a small family store known for its great customer service and friendly people. It offers a personal touch, with experienced and expert staff always ready to help customers find what they need and troubleshoot problems. While it does not have the inventory of big box stores, it has a good selection of key items and usually has what customers are after at reasonable and competitive prices. Service from the staff on the floor is consistently top notch. Although checkout experiences can vary, it is considered the best hardware store by many, providing excellent service that bigger shops do not match.

It's all about service and Newtown Hardware has it. *I would like to express my sarcastic gratitude to the customer who tripped over a length of gutter I just bought, damaging it and not only ignoring my apology, but not saying a word and going about his business.
