“Great place, quick and easy. Just pull your car up to the garage door and they take care of the rest. Second time I've been there, in 2 different vehicles and both times was in and out under 10 minutes and everyone was very friendly. Prices are pretty good too I paid $54 for synthetic blend.”

“If you have a foreign imported car and you are taking it anywhere but this shop you are making a huge Mistake. If you have an older model foreign or domestic car you are making the biggest mistake possibl. I was taking my 2004 Audi into three different shops across Connecticut and New York To figure out an issue with the EVAP code. This shop was the only place that could find a solution to the issue This is just the beginning of the reason I am giving this place a five star review. The check engine light was cleared and I drove the car around to set the readiness in order for it to pass emissions. According to all of the AUDI forums and YouTube videos It was a matter of putting miles on the Computer and driving it a certain way. None of these techniques were working. Long story short the technicians at auto tech (I call them technicians because describing these people people as mechanics would be disrespectful) Got on the phone with AUDI and came to the conclusion that one of the computers needed to be addressed. As soon as the readiness was set Gene rushed the car to the emission shop where it passed. The customer service they provide matches the expertise that they demonstrate if I can give them 25 stars I would”

The guys found a problem that is a known technical issue for Toyotas like mine- coolant hose cap completely shattered. They took time on a busy Friday to fix it and get the part from down the street- on top of the oil change. I appreciate their professional service and commitment to safety of their customers!”

“Carlos was absolutely amazing. Wasn’t even on the clock but still came in to help us! Super friendly and helpful. Envy towing showed up previously and said they couldn’t help because the car wouldn’t go into neutral (we explained to them beforehand that it couldn’t) and left us! However Carlos with Federal Towing showed up and immediately got the car hooked up. Would recommend.”
“Going to the Valvoline in Monroe is truly a great experience from start to finish. The mechanics working here are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. You feel confident in the advice you are given about maintaining your vehicle because they take the time to correctly explain things that most people don’t understand about cars. Some the of mechanics I’ve worked with are, Joshua, Allen, Melvin, Lewis, and Tony. They have all been excellent. I highly recommend getting your car maintained at this location. Bonus… they are opened on Sundays :)”

“Our family was traveling when our alternator died on us. Toddler; Dog & Camper in tow. They diagnosed us and had us back on the road with in two hours. Wait room was comfortable with toys for the little one and coffee for the adults. Absolutely blessed we happen to be taken care of by the gentleman there! Highly recommend!”
