I have been to a few other Quests, but this one is by far the best. Denise was so polite and friendly. It was the least painful blood draw I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back to this location.Thanks Denise!

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Always friendly and professional, and I get seen right when my appointment was scheduled for. Use the Quest App for everything, and you won’t have any trouble.

Best experience I had getting blood drawn. I think Jenny was the phlebotomist according to the other reviews. She was amazing and so accommodating to my highly anxious self. She had no problem splitting my blood work so I didn’t have to have it drawn all on the same day. She kept me calm the whole time and talked to me while it was being done to distract me. It was also very quick and painless! Needs to be more people like Jenny in the practice. Scheduled my next appointment for when she is there! :)

Recently got blood drawn here. Checking in was super easy, and service was incredibly fast. I had a 9am appointment, I was probably in there by 8:55 and out by 9:10.Jenny was also great, super reassuring for someone like me who doesn't like getting blood drawn. As painless as possible, and she didn't mind mindless chit chat to keep my mind off of itWill absolutely go back here again and ask for her if possible

worse website ever, 4 attempts fo try to make an appointment. froze up half way through, frustrating. now I have to do walk in and wait because that's where my doctor sent orders. Prior to this I've had 4 good experiences. I don't know who put those stars over post.NOT. ME

Three times I’ve been to this location. First time I left, couldn’t wait any longer after a half hour while people walked in and got done and they left. Last time was today. Waited and waited while t 2 staff were talking for 10 minutes. I got up to see who was chatting and it was the lab tech who helped me 2nd time ( I complained about previous visit ) She saw me look at her and I left. The whole time this women saw me sitting waiting and waiting and kept chatting. When I left I got a call from the tech that new who I was and said it was her boss that was talking to her. So the boss stood there and was BS’ ing but didn’t have the courtesy to let me get done. ABSOLUTELY INTOLERABLE AND BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

I got a COVID-19 test expecting to get the result within 48 hours. I needed this test in order to board an international flight back home. Now I need to get another test from a company that can actually send my results, reschedule my flight, tell my employer I won't be able to come to work this week, and find somewhere to stay for at least 2 more nights. Customer support is not available on weekends or after 5pm. A very costly mistake. I will avoid Quest Diagnostics for time sensitive testing in the future.

Debbie was amazingly patient with me, as I did not have the proper paperwork. I've always ended up black and blue after blood being drawn not this time. Thank you Debbie, it was a pleasure!

Absolutely the WORST scheduling capacity EVER experienced! Automated scheduler is clumsy, not user friendly and has limited capacity!
