The four star is not because of staff or service (the staff was friendly, competent and quick to respond, no issues), it's just because the store is a bit small and has somewhat limited variety and number of items. Paint itself appears to be plentiful (I only got primer this time) but gear and supplies are a bit limited.

I had an excellent experience here today. I was in a hurry and called ahead to see if they would mix my colors in advance. The sales associate Chris happily obliged and didn't even ask for my credit card number. When I arrived at the store, Chris had my paint ready and carried it to the car for me. I will be going here from now on for my paint needs. Also, the store was clean and well-organized.
