If I could give zero stars I would. The store could not process my order so I ordered over the phone, requested they delivery on a Friday, however they could not accommodate. Order starting arriving on Weds when I wasn’t home, again on Thursday. Now it’s being returned to the shipper. I have never had to deal with a company so unconcerned about the needs of its customers.

Understaffed and horrible customer service. Simple modem swap out took 40 minutes. Spent 20 minutes with one customer trying to get him to bring cell service over and change his TV / Internet package to help save him money. When you have people standing in line for 30 minutes, is not the time for a sales pitch, especially when you repeat yourself over and over. Teach your people how to be efficient while still providing customer service, and supply enough people on site on weekday evenings when it's bound to be busier after people get out of work.

Clean and modern store with easy parking. Very friendly and helpful staff who are patient and helpful to their customers. Thus sometimes results in long wait times however.

I had reservation appointment for a pick up. I checked in so when I walked in there were two other people waiting but they were walk in reservations when the young lady was available she looks at the TV screen and says I don’t want anyone to skip the line and says everyone’s name except for mine and says sir, I’ll take you which is not me when she was done. She took the next person that was also a walk-in so I waited longer. Finally, when I was called, I asked Josephine who was nice and professional, is this section only for reservations? She said no and then I proceeded to ask her, how does your reservation system work and she says which are already know that those who have a reservation skip people who are walk ins. I don’t want to make it about that, but kind of think it was.

Had spectrum, bundle (internet, cable, cell phone (that I never used)). Recently moved so cancelled all services just fine. My cell got smashed so I figured let's do the spectrum $25.00 a line instead of Verizon.... NOPE! The ad is completely misleading >:( Waited in line for almost an hour on a Saturday with only two workers at their stations. An additional two workers were faffing around doing goodness knows what at their stations, then in the back, then back at their station... like I said, just faffing around >:( When they finally logged back in and called me up, he put in my phone number and said I had no services with them. OK?! I just moved and cancelled them all and now I just want phone service!!! NOPE... Can't do just phone service >:( You literally cannot purchase just the phone service, you have to get the internet service also... I literally sat for an hour faffed around cleaning spilled coffee from your station for the last 20 minutes to be told you can't do it >":( Beyond furious >:(

UPDATE: The Spectrum Store has "responded" to my review. Please note, this is not an actual response. It is a bot or some other copy & paste nonsense. They want me to contact corporate. I have already done so. If they really wanted to resolve the issue they would reach out to their customers directly or provide some other direct line of communication.
The employee I interacted with was only interested in making a sale. He was chatting with me and the other employees, but not paying attention to what he was doing at all. I bought a new phone but he also put through an extra charge on my card. I cannot get in touch with this location in any way. I spent an hour of my time on the phone with every level of billing customer service and they are unable to refund me unless I take additional time out of my day to go to the store and ask for the refund. I can't even dispute the charge because it's a holiday! So now I am 1- deprived of my money, 2- deprived of my time, 3- deprived of additional time that will be needed to go to the store, and 4- truly furious at the level of corporate stupidity and personal idiocy in this company. Go elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for.
