“If you want to have a blast with the family, you need to come to castle.Hill farm very coolPumpkin picking on the viney tractor rides to go feed the cows.Which was incredible. They were like big dogs, so much fun.We did the corn maze and watched the pumpkin launch, which was so much fun.I highly recommend castle hill farm for the family. You won't regret it.”

“I was Senior Vice Commander and my friend was Junior Vice Commander. The year was 1985. Joseph Riccio was the Post Commander. He was "our guy". We ran all the post activities and events back then. We laughed, ate, and drank. Then one day they held a coup. Gulya, and a few of his henchmen wanted Riccio OUT!, so they stuffed the ballot box. At the election meeting, both myself and my buddy, the junior vice, resigned at the underhanded way they did this to a fine long time commander. I guess everything must change eventually, but this was just sleazy. The post today is fine for a few drinks or brews and I can still recommend it, but for me "the thrill is gone".”

“First time here, and won’t be the last. The service was impeccable, from the front desk to the breakfast —avocado toast with poached eggs was delectable. Room was comfortable, clean, and inviting. We love this place!”

“Met the owner of Maggie’s (Ray Harper) and he picked up the check for my group of golfers because one of us got a hole in one. Food was great besides but that was a super nice gesture on his part. He earned my business by having good food, and a great guy.”

“room was a bit worn, but acceptable for offpeak season price (around $150).

shared rooms (rooms with doors connecting them) seems to have poor soundproofing. was able to hear very clearly when someone was watching sports next door.

resturant foods were surprisingly decent. recommend pork sandwich.

indoor pool was a bit small for size of hotel, but fitness club is quite large.

they also have a hot tub/spa as well inside locker rooms.

would overall recommend for offpeak pricing, probably reasonable pricing/service upward to ~$250-300 a night. definitely above 3 star range, most likely 3.5-4 star hotel.”
