The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate, taking time to know each member's strengths and weaknesses. They offer great coaching in constantly varied CrossFit workouts and Olympic weightlifting, helping members reach their maximum potential without elite-level pressure. The facility is nice with good equipment. It is an essential for both physical fitness and emotional well-being, providing a perfect fit for post-partum athletes and anyone returning to the sport. The owners are always looking for ways to make the gym better for its members.

I dropped in on July 4th. Christine and Ian were very welcoming and made sure I was all dialed into the WOD. Lots of friendly members there as well, I got a good sense of real community. Highly recommend
