These guys were great! We were passing through and broke a spoke...It was the end of the day theÿ looked at it and said they would try to have it ready for the next morning...did it!! and we were on the rd.on time!!!

Just want to point out the great customer service experience I had at Niantic Bay Bicycles! My old Spin Bike’s seat was uncomfortable, so I went in to check out my options. They were knowledgeable, friendly and got me the perfect seat for me. Now after a two hour ride in my office, I no longer get off the bike in pain! I brought a couple bikes in for service after researching what it would cost on average to be done. They priced fair and did great work. They finished in a timely manner, were kind and I have an overall positive experience. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend them for bike service.

Brought my 80s Ross Carrera in for what was likely it's first ever tune up. They did a tremendous job it looks and feels unlike it ever has.On my first ride I found the front shifter wasn't working so I brought it back on my lunch break the next day and they had it back to me by the time I left work.Great shop that stands by their work I'll definitely be bringing it back when it needs more work!

Had my tire put on backwards from another shop before a race I usually do all of the work myself but the bead on this tire was a pain in the butt. The mechanic spent the next hour trying to put this bead on and never complained once they let me chill in the shop with them and we talked about the industry and other bs. Super nice people and great service,

Quick to answer questions, they shipped a hard to find, older bike to me, which was exactly as advertised. Whole deal took like 3 days. Good people to deal with!

The customer service here is A+. Brought my sons bike here for repair while on vacation. They took the bike in and had it fixed within a couple hours. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very happy and satisfied with the Service from Niantic Bay bicycles. The mechanic was very thorough.He had a very good eye to detail of the issues that my bike had. I highly recommend the shop for any bicycle repair.They charged a fair price. They were able to get me back on the road in less time then estimated.I would not hesitate to go back for there service if and when I’m in the area again!Highly professional. Good job!

Great bike shop! I wanted to try a triathlon and the staff helped me pick out the best bike for my budget. I loved my triathlon experience and still love my bike. Very friendly staff!!

Nice friendly staff. Had a tune up done and they did an amazing job. Made a 14yo bike look brand new.
