very accomodating hosts and staff. very good location. We had an overnight stay and found our room to be very comfortable. Easy parking. After returning late in the evening the entrance was easy to find. Breakfast was delicious with many good choices. Unrushed, we had a nice relaxing and welcome slow start to our day. We do recommend the Blackberry River Inn.

We booked a one night stay here on our way to Vermont. Now I wish we stayed two nights. We were greeted by two gentlemen who were gracious and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The breakfast was included with a few choices. It was excellent and served in a beautiful, bright and airy room with many windows. A short ride in either direction will take you to restaurants for dinner. While you are here, I would recommend stopping by Land of Nod Vineyard just 3.5 miles away.

This b and b is a lovely place. Quiant and quiet. It doesn't have the amenities of a big chain hotel but that's not the reason to stay here. 5 stars for what it is.

Fantastic stop, spacious and still homely. Breakfast is lovely, Marilillia was so kind and fun to chat with. The room was fantastic. The inn is only 15-20 minutes from other quaint towns. Eating a delicious breakfast while staring at the green mountains was top notch!

This is our 2nd year coming here for our anniversary and we hope to make it a tradition. This is a truly remarkable place that never ceases to amaze us. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and meticulously
prepared for whatever we might need. Since we go in February, Lucas is the one that takes care of everything and we are thinking of inviting him to our future wedding we love him so much. Best Inn experience we’ve ever had.

Comfy beds ;peaceful quiet building with many beautiful rooms to enjoy!Definetely a refreshing step back in time to the elegant times in history reflected by lead glass windows wood work and furnishings, Breakfast was amazing and hosts were extremely pleasant!

Owner was extremely rude when I called to ask about the inconsistent pricing and cancellation policy I received in the email from the Inn. Subsequently, they refused to respond to my email requesting clarification. I ended up cancelling the reservation and wasted a lot of time and energy as a result. Do not recommend booking this place due to the incompetence and rudeness of the owner.

WOULD RECOMMEND. Imagine my distress having to change camping plans last minute as I realized I would be passing through Mount Washington MA v. RI. However this B&B was a silver lining. Nothing fancy, but quaint rooms, a lovely staff, and a tasty breakfast to fuel a revised camping trip.

This is a beautiful inn with a very nice and gracious owner. We were a last minute booking and he welcomed us warmly offering us hot tea and delicious cookies. The room was spacious, beautiful and the bed was comfortable. His breakfast was perfection! The price was very reasonable. We look forward to staying again when our travels bring us this way.
